Ive been having some recent foot problems. Visited fleet feet and spoke with Bob. Bob was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He tried different variations of shoes and insoles. I was very impressed with him. Purchased a couple pair of shoes, couple pair of insoles and four pair of socks. Super pleased with my experience. Walked out feeling a lot better than I did when I walked in. I purchased from Fleet feet in the past and I’ve also purchased cheaper shoes elsewhere. My wife was right. You really do get what you pay for. Don’t cheap out on shoes. Your feet will thank you. I highly recommend Fleet Feet (& Bob).

I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and helpful attitude as soon as I walked into Fleet Feet. I was looking for a good sturdy exercise shoe and I am very pleased with the help I received in choosing the one I purchased. My salesperson answered every question I had and showed me comparison shoes as well as various colors.

After some issues with my running shoes once I upped my mileage, I knew I needed some help finding the perfect shoe. I worked with Allie, and she answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect shoes to suit my running goals. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back.

Fleet Feet was amazing with helping me figure out what kind of shoe would be best for my feet. I love my new shoes! The customer service was superb! They also have the most comfortable socks I have EVER put on my feet. :) Highly recommend to everyone who wears tennis shoes and works hard in them!

I was directed to this store by my chiropractor for a foot id to see if it would help the pain in my feet and my back alignment. The experience visiting the store was a good one. I was helped and shown what I needed. I haven't worn my new shoes very long, hoping they help, but I know I have never owned a more comfortable pair before. This place is all about service, great job by everyone where and very satisfied with the outcome. Imagine purchasing a 100$ set of shoes a week before to spend more here and come out with even better fitting shoes. Well worth the price.

First time visiting this store, recommended by my Physical Therapist as a good place to get great shoes. They 3D imaged my feet and recommended some great shoes that would work for my particular situation. The personable experience you get from the staff is top notch. They don’t sell regular shoes, but mor specialized ones for athletes and foot recovery from injury.

This was our first time at this establishment. My wife's shoes unfortunately will not work. So now we'll see about their return policy and well they adhere to it. Update they refunded our money no issues. Thank you for earning our business. I'm liking my Brooks running a lot.

This is the place to go. Scott greeted us as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the products, explained the process and was not only helpful but patient as I made my decisions. 10 out of 10 recommend if you have special needs in your footwear or anyone really, they will get you the right shoes for you and you will learn things about your feet you may not even know.

Salesperson was great in all aspects. She brought out multiple pairs of shoes and insoles for me to try after the 3D scan. Price was inline with HOKA website.

They seemed to be very knowledgeable and it seems hoka shoes are helpful for comfort with heel pain of plantar fasciitis.(at least to me) I appreciate the help fleet feet gave. I'm on my 2nd pair of hoka transports from fleet feet. I appreciate their shoe warranty, it's worth it to pay more for a shoe you can try out for several weeks to make sure it's what you need and that they will honor their warranty.

I walked in, not knowing what to expect, and the employee was very helpful had a smile on her face and was very knowledgeable. Help me try on several different pairs of shoes, and we were able to come up with ones that were comfortable yet practical and great for my day-to-day purposes.
