Kohl's

I love this Kohl's! Very clean, I usually can find what I need, and right in town which is so convenient, and have everything for the whole family. And Lynda is the best! She always is so helpful, and sweet and her customer service is above and beyond!

Lynda @ the customer service desk went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with an online order of mine. She truly cared about my situation, was on hold with Kohls for at least 1/2 hour making sure she fix my problem and made sure i left the store a happy customer! She deserves a raise in my opinion!!! Excellent and Kohls is lucky to have her!

Gail is always so friendly and so graciously willing to help out ,and with a smile. Nice to see people enjoying there job.

THIS location is excellent! The customer service was phenomenal. The layout at this location has customer service in the front of the store where the employees can all help out to avoid lines.

The Kohl's store in Woodstock is one of the best places to shop. It is always clean and well stocked and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest Kohl's department stores in the state. Always clean, well-stocked and the associates are consistently friendly, efficient, and do their best to make sure I get the best deals.

Wow... couldn't find the size of a shirt that website said they had and an associate (sorry for not getting her name) was absolutely amazing in helping us search and then she searched other stores that may have it. They didn't and we made do... but you dont see that effort much anymore in big box stores.

Lynda at the Woodstock location is absolutely a fantastic human, always greets us with a warm smile and great conversation. So very helpful! Very hard these days to find people happy and genuinely interested in helping and just being kind.
