Wonderful and knowledgeable staff that are both efficient and courteous enough to help each customer as if they are the only person in the store. Also, the prices seem to be average, and sometimes cheaper than nearby stores offering the same products.

As always, the employees here are friendly, helpful, and professional. They have a huge selection of wine and a good selection of liquors. I frequent Dixie Lee often if that says anything about me ;) They always have what I want and the staples for a good party.

The owners are very friendly, very caring for their customers, and extremely hard-working people. The business has survived very hard financial crisis periods throughout the years, and I love supporting them. It's a 5 star business and customer service outstanding.

Great place. The absolutely beautiful girl with colored hair Allison really made the experience with her excellent customer service & knowledge. Any business would be lucky to have her as an employee.

They always have great service and an incredible selection and the crowd is not too bad depending on time of day.

Once construction is complete, they will have a circle drive and easier access to the parking lot.

Amazing service, inventory, and cleanliness. Andy helped me today, and I cannot say enough great things about his expertise and Dixie Lee. Give Dixie Lee a shot and you will never shop anywhere else. Thanks again Dixie Lee.

The guy working the counter this Saturday, struggling to breath through his COVID mask was extremely rude. Said that they only allow their regular customers that they recognize shop their rare spirits. As a former regular customer, I won't be returning.

Edit: Made an attempt to make it back to this store on 2 different occasions to see if maybe the prior visit was a fluke. I must correct my review. My last few visits have been exceptional with the staff.

While on vacation, stopped in and had a great experience. There’s a younger gentleman who was very helpful and provided such great service, also knowledgeable on bourbon. Good selection and decent prices.

My favorite spirt shop! HONESTLY THE PRICES ARE GREAT!!! As I'm not much of a drinker I never tend to buy large bottles however I was in and decided to grab a large jug of coconut rum and some coffee cream moonshine and discovered that the prices on larger bottles are extremely affordable and well worth the cost!! The store is always staffed with helpful and happy, friendly employees as well as the store itself always smelling great and being very clean!!! Wonderful experience!!!! They have a good selection and a neighborhood feel. I don't have to deal with traffic to go there. The employees are cheerful and have suggestions for every occasion.

This is my favorite liquor store. Not that I drink a little t of liquor, but on my way when I need to stock some liquors for house guests. They also have cheap vodka l, which is very useful for spraying the smell out of hockey equipment (this is actually by far what I buy the most).

They had my port wine and kessler. Not everybody does, will be my go too store. Oh ps super nice girl cashier and guy employee. Friday night.

I am the Community Events Director for The Villages of Farragut. With a community of more than 100 independent retired seniors, we celebrate happy hour every Friday with live music and an open bar. I had a unfortunate experience trying to purchase over 14cases of wine at Total Wine & Spirts. I've never experienced such poor customer service skills. I decided to not give my business to them anymore. So, I phoned Dixie Lee Wines & Liquors and told them my story. They simply said, "Deb, please let me know what you need, and I'll have it ready at the front door for pickup by the time you drive from Turkey Creek to our door." I'm delighted to say, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences restocking my bar with their assistance not only the ordering portions, but the staff loaded it in the company car for me. Going forward, I will always purchase and recommend everyone to the friendliest and accommodating liquor store in Knoxville, TN

Dixie Lee Liquors offers a wide variety of wines and spirits at a competitive price. The thing I like most about it is the knowledgeable staff that will recommend a good find for yourself or for a gift.

Liquor stores are totally different from state to state. Just arriving in town, I drove past this store on my way to get gas and decided to stop in on a whim, to see if they had a couple of things I have not been able to find at my local ABC. They didn't, but I did buy a couple of minis and one bottle of a pre-made cocktail (which I do not regret!).. I did not shop exhaustively but I was impressed by the variety that I saw. The lady who checked me out (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) was helpful and pleasant.

I always find the items I'm looking for here. The parking lot is ample but entering and exiting right now can be tricky since they are doing road work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are on par with other stores. It's a clean store.
