This shell location has a wonderful very polite staff and very clean property.

Small truck stop, but not hard to double up next to someone and park.

Clean store! & has some hot food items, great fountain sodas

Conveniently located a quarter mile from work.

I swear the people of this facilities/ gas station watch the news for any reason to raise the prices on fuel. If you want cheaper fuel go 10 minutes West over to Plano or Sandwich Illinois

I like Shell fuel, and have their fuel rewards card. I use Shell enough that I usually have 10 to 20 cents off per gallon for rewards - but most of the time the rewards do not work at the pump. After handful of tries, I find myself having to go in & ask attendant - which then requires me to pre-pay etc. What a hassle...so now, I go to Costco or Murphy's (especially if I am in a hurry)

Had to use the washroom since we were traveling. Was told by employee since she just cleaned am unable to use it. Told us to go down street. This is appropriate for a truck stop? That lady needs to be FIRED. It wasnt the young girl at register either. Very disrespectful

The worker there was VERY RUDE and tried to accuse my fiancé of trying to scam the company. He bought the one free coffee a day deal and it hasn't been showing up in their systems. He told her to call another worker there that set up the deal and she said that she ain't going to call anybody because she didn't need to. He told her that if she wasn't going to honor it that he wanted to talk to the manager of the station or get the contact info for the corporation and the girl yelled at him and told him that she wouldn't give him anything and continued to yell at him. She only became "nice" when other customers came up to the counter and then she told him he could have both for free. This woman needs to be fired if this is how she's going to treat the customers. I don't care if you are having a bad day, which from what I hear she's always like this, you need to put on a professional face while at work.

The manger of this store for the last 4 years have made me feel uncomfortable and judged. I went to purchase something and she shoveled the take a penny jar into the donate jar in front of me like I couldn’t pay it needed someone to pay my bill. Rude she is beyond rude

How this location stays in business is beyond me. There is always something broken, the pumps, the system is down, the Polar Pop machine is down. The Circle K on the north side of Yorkville is always clean and friendly. No one seems happy to be working at this location. It is a shame as it is in a prime spot a could be a shining star.

Went in for a quick second and can I just say with two women working you think you'd get some sort of niceties. No manners what so ever you tell em to have a nice day they look at you blank face like okay that's cool Karen.

This place never accepts your reward cards, but RIP off, reward card always works at other locations. Typical scam
