We have been calling Just In Time for different kinds of help for over 10 years. They have serviced and replaced HVAC, fixed plumbing trouble and replaced faucets and valves. Fair pricing and price transparency, no surprises. They are very thorough, do great work and clean up after the job. Friendly and courteous. Most recently Joe & Devon were over to fix a long broken toilet flange. The repair was completed in one visit because they are so prepared with a well stocked service vehicle, teamwork, and knowledgeable service professionals. Amanda was so kind and helped with making appointments, keeping me updated, and even followed up the next day. Great company!

My husband and I bought our house in April. We needed a plumber for what we thought was a leaking shower. Since we were new in town, we asked a friend for a recommendation, and she mentioned Just In Time. We went online to read reviews and were happy with what we saw. Just In Time has fixed my leak, replaced my toilet, replaced my water heater, replaced my ejector pump, and most recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Just In Time always gives us options and breaks the pricing down on an iPad so you can see exactly what everything is going to cost. We are Platinum Club members, and the membership has already paid for itself with all the issues we have had in our home. Everyone at Just In Time has always been friendly and helpful. Joe has fixed most of my plumbing issues. He is awesome and is really good at explaining things to me. My husband is not always available to be home when we have service guys come out, and Joe has always answered all my questions. I’m a first time home owner so I have a lot of questions ;-) Like I said, everyone has been great, but we just wanted to give a shout out to Joe - he also cleaned my ejector pump lid and made it look a lot nicer than it did before he replaced the pump! We will be loyal Just In Time customers as long as we live in this area, and we highly recommend them!

Tony and Rob are absolutely professional. Tony originally came to the house and provided me with three different estimates for the suggested work needing to be completed on our boiler heat system, taking the time to explain in detail (and show me) each line item on the invoices. On the day he came with Rob to complete the work, I experienced complete confidence in knowing the quality of their work would be incomparable, and the overall experience would be positive in every aspect. We could not be more pleased with the courteous and very informative work that we had done last week. Just in Time installed our new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. From the office staff to Josh, our salesman to the 3 installers, they could not have been more helpful in making the installation go any smoother. They are always good to work with. I highly recommend signing up for the platinum membership. It definitely pays for itself. They were extremely helpful in the finance aspect for a large job. I’m excited about replacing my 20 year old hvac.

We simply love when Just In Time are over. They come in once a year to inspect our furnace, plumbing and air conditioner. They are a bevy of information and their ability to Analyze the equipment systems can't be beat. We have been with them for about eleven years without a single problem even if we need to call in the middle of the night. Bonus? Or Collie loves them!

We've used Just In Time a couple times for gas and plumbing work. In both cases it was fairly urgent, and they responded almost within the hour of calling. Their plumbers have all been incredibly polite, communicative, and transparent about how they come up with their prices. Oh, and they are really fast, too! Very satisfied, and will use again in the future.

My husband and I bought a house a few months back that uses well water. We’ve never had to deal with well water before, so we tried to find information online about what to get for our home. The one we ended up buying stopped working, so we called Just In Time to come out and take a look at what was wrong with it. Turns out the softener we got was not nearly large enough to handle the extreme level of hardness of our well water. Joe recommended some options that would work to get our water where we wanted and needed it to be. About a week later, Joe came back out to install all new copper piping and the new softener. Him and the apprentice did amazing work on the new piping and the installation and set up. He was very informative and made sure that all of our needs were met. Joe went above and beyond for us and being first time customers of Just In Time, this left a really great impression on us. I would absolutely recommend based on the level of service we received as well as the quality of the softener and all of the installation work. The price was also very affordable in comparison to other companies we contacted for quotes on softeners. The guys arrived on time and clearly explained what would need to be done to resolve our plumbing issue. They did a great job of quickly repairing our leak and as cleaning up the repair areas. This is the second time we have used Just in Time and highly recommend their services!

Service technician did a great job explaining what needed to be done. Was on time each day, kept work area clean. Went above and beyond our expectations with regards to the rebuilding of our porch and skirting around the porch, sun room and deck. The work was completed with no additional costs.

The best parts were being able to call, get a REAL person who was delightful, AND get an appointment right away! The technicians were prompt and helpful and seemed to have resolved the issue with our washer, perfectly! We'll use Just in Time going forward!

The guys were on time and very friendly. Tony fixed the toilet with a look over, and found the problem very quickly. Said there won’t be a charge. He noticed the toilet flooring needs repairing and with a new toilet they have a special going. So he is going to send me an estimate on the job. I will definitely have them do the job, once I figure out my finances. Thanks again they were great

This is the 2nd time I've had Just In Time out ... today's call had them here in 20 minutes ... I had the same repair guy, Anthony, extremely nice and respectful of my home. Fixed both my visit issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! They will be back in the spring to do some spigot replacements.

My 2 year old water heater went out on me and Just in time plumbing came to my rescue! Anthony & Devin were great and got the job done quickly. Anthony was very knowledgeable , thorough and went out of his way to not only explain the issue, but also showed me the problem. I would highly recommend using Just In Time for any of your plumbing, heating/ air conditioning needs!

Another job well done. We were having an issue with the Aqua Vent making an incredible amount of noise. They discovered a pipe up in the rafters from the vent vibrating on a rafter. Just In Time corrected the issue and now no more noise.
