The best dentists and staff EVER! Never have felt so relaxed and comfortable in any office that started with the word Dr. They are all unbelievable, warm and caring. The office is phenomenal not one detailed missed, inside or out! Atmosphere is perfect, feels like walking into 1 big family. Dr Rob is my go to and has never disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t go there.

My family and myself have been patients at First Impressions since we moved to Sandwich 15 years ago. My husband and kids will not go to anyone else having a fear of dentists and bad experiences elsewhere. The whole staff is friendly, funny, professional, caring and respectful. A beautiful, clean and calming facility. Cannot recommend them enough!

Best dentist I’ve been to. The office is beautiful and clean with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Rob Lerohl is AMAZING! He took the time to explain and discuss with me so that I understood everything I needed to know. They gave me an estimate price that includes insurance prices as well. I live 30 minutes away but I will be making First Impressions my permanent dentist!

First Impressions is an amazing dentist! My dental hygienist, Lindsay, always does a great job, she is friendly and gets the job done. I wait way to long between my cleanings, so she has a lot of work with me. The dentist I see, Dr. Landers, is the best around. On a different occasion, he even came in during a holiday weekend to see my daughter who had fallen and cracked her tooth in half. Dr. Lerohl see's my kids as well and he is also fantastic. You can't go wrong with First Impressions. Lifelong patient here!

We always have the best experience at First Impressions! Every single staff member is so wonderful. Our DH Lindsay is amazing with my nervous kids and soooo patient with them. Both doctors are WONDERFUL!! So happy to have such a great dentist so close to home!

My husband, daughter and I have been coming here for a couple years now and it is hands down the best dentist we have gone to. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. We love it here! Not to mention the amazing view of flowers and birds you get while at your appointment!

I am always greeted with a smile at First Impressions, as the front desk staff is always friendly. Kim, my hygienist does a thorough job of cleaning and helping me maintain my own smile, and I never have to sit and wait for a dentist to see me. (My husband sees her too, and she is gentle, as he has deep pockets and experiences considerable sensitivity.) For routine cleanings, I am in and out of the office in less than an hour, every time. And I have to mention the birds; in the chair, I get to look out a giant picture window and watch all different types of birds fly around in the trees and feed at the bird feeders. Even in the winter, it is a mesmerizing and welcome distraction. First Impressions is first rate.

My experience at First Impressions is always exceptional. Highly qualified technicians and dentists who take the time to discuss your concerns and offer options without ever trying to sell you anything. They operate with incredible kindness from the front desk to the dental consultation and on top of all that the pricing is very reasonable. 11 out of 10 stars!

I've never been a fan of the dentist but this office is so clean and everyone is so friendly! The big windows and binoculars to birdwatch is such a cool concept. My kids love it there ❤

Everyone is always so nice!! But having any kind of work done there is a breeze. They are fast, efficient, and fix the issue immediately. I've been going to this dental office for over 30 years. I have visited other dental offices here and there but always keep coming back to First Impressions no matter how far away they may be from where I live.

Had a root canal done today and felt very taken care of. My comfort was their top priority and beforehand the hygienist explained everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend!

I just love how personal and friendly the staff are. They always make me feel like I am just chatting with friends. The quality of care is professional and thorough. I think the esthetics with the bird watching, nature and the kids mural is just a huge bonus. Five stars from me.

Great dentists and dental assistants. We have been going here for years. They are up front on costs and I feel very safe under their care. Highly recommend.

First time going to this facility after years with a dental school and I am very impressed! Wonderfully kind, knowledgeable staff make you feel so welcome. Dr. Lerohl and Melissa took X-rays and laid out a plan all within the first visit. I’m retired and don’t have dental insurance, so getting the fire card with a 20% discount was a big help. Bonus, the whole dental theatre overlooks a natural area with feeding stations so birds and squirrels keep you entertained while you’re having work done. Absolutely awesome experience.
Now after my second visit, I’m even more impressed. I was missing a front tooth when I came in and when I walked out an hour and a half later I had a beautiful temporary one. I can smile again. Thank you Dr. Lerohl and Melissa!

Love First Impressions!!! My hygienist Joni is great ! Gentle thorough and very nice. The scenery from the Dental chair is amazing, birds, squirrels, trees it’s great to have nature to look at while getting your teeth cleaned. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. We are so fortunate to have them in Samdwich.

111They were able to see me the same morning I called about tooth pain that started three days earlier. No waiting, simple forms for registration. The staff are all very friendly and truly care about your well-being. Fully explained the options for treatment and time frame involved. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Scheduled tooth extraction one week later. Fast smooth process, full explanation of procedure and excellent follow up.

Scheduled cleaning. First one in years the hygienist explained what all would be done prior to start. Do to my lack of visiting a dentist my cleaning was a little more than normal. Pricing and treatment options fully explained prio to start

As always Joni and Dr Penny did a wonderful job. Love that they make getting my teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience. And of course my teeth look so shiny and clean. Regina, Heather and Brooke, the front desk staff, are always smiling and make me feel like they are always glad to see me! Thanks for 25 years of wonderful service.

Visit this morning went very very well. Such a friendly warm atmosphere. Lindsey did a great job cleaning my teeth - as always . Dr Leroh did a very thorough examine . Ladies up front were very professional.

I LOVE First Impressions! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and they’ve helped me all my life retain a beautiful smile! From braces to cavities to a chipped tooth, they’ve been wonderful and helpful through it all. Thank you Dr. Rob, Dr. Tom, and Dr. Penny! I had a great cleaning today with Kim!!! I also want to shout out … Jenna! She is AWESOME!! Very funny, bright, and a great singer! Lights up a room and really calms my anxiety! 🙂 Can’t forget Dawn! We LOVE her!
