Love the fresh cut fries! The food is good, I really enjoyed their monthly special - Guac Burger. The pork tenderloin sandwich is homemade which you can tell by the shape. It was okay, the burger was better. The highlight is definitely the fries and the atmosphere.

I personally love independent restaraunts like this one. There's something on the menu for everyone. The prices are decent and it's just better than the typical corporate fast food joint.

For a little over $12 I got a beef sandwhich, handcut fries and med softdrink. The beef was really good better than expected for being out of Chicagoland proper. The fries were awesome. Service was fast and friendly!

Fresh cut fries were awesome! Definitely recommend based on the fries alone. Also, the first place I have come across that offers your hot dog bun with or without poppy seeds.

The food is always good no matter what you order, especially when Brendan is working! They have the best ice cream in town. The service is always the best! Skip McDonald's, Culver's, KFC BK...Eat here!!!

Such an adorable little restaurant. Nice retro decor! Very delicious beef sandwiches. My husband would probably do illegal things for the mushroom Swiss burger! 🍔 The fries are fresh cut, to die for!! 🍟 also has a nice array of ice cream to choose from, regular and soft serve.

Best reason to come here is the ice cream. Great quality soft and hard serve with interesting seasonal flavors at fair prices. The food is pretty good across the board, especially the Gryo and Italian beef, but the prices run pretty high compared to local altearnatives. Stay away from the burgers as they are particularly expensive and taste rather terrible. I don't know what they do to the burger patties to achieve such abnormal flavor. I've eaten better burgers from post-Michelle Obama high school cafeterias.

Lines are sometimes long so we call in our orders. Everything is made to order and food is delicious and always worth the wait. We love their Johnny special , cheeseburger and cheese fries. They also have delicious dipped cones and other cold treats.

I swung by and got a couple BLT Dogs and a side of fries. The food was very high quality. Some of the best fries I've had. The BLT Dog was a surprisingly good combination.

Stopped for lunch so it was busy and took a little longer than average to get our food out, but it was hot and tasted good when we got it.
Seemed a little small on the portion size for the money, but I'd have to try it again to know if that's their normal size or I just happened to get a one-time smaller portion.

Great place to get a bite with the family. Nice convenient location as well. I love the vintage decorations! The food is great, I haven't tried anything I haven't liked, though I usually stick with the gyro. They offer baby ice cream cones for only 50¢ that's the perfect size for kids after dinner. Would recommend.
