Clean and well stocked. They do a great job bringing groceries out to you if you pre-order them.

I most certainly consider this location “my” Kroger. It is always well stocked and clean. The employees are friendly. Even though it is usually busy, there is room in the isles to move around. I usually do not have to wait too long in the checkout line. The Kroger Pay option on the app saves me so much time.

Well organized and clean, this Kroger is a great example of a well managed store. I will also say that the staff were courteous and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and taken care of as well.
I will say that the gluten free options weren't as robust as I have seen in many other Kroger stores, but it wasn't the worst selection I've seen.

Best Kroger's is absolutely they have tools of all types all types of gloves all types of tapes everything that you will need to work around the house. This can come in handy if you do not want to go to Home Depot if you don't want to go to Lowe's, they have screws both nuts they have it all right here.

Grocery stores are not exactly havens of excellence or over-the-top customer service. However, I always leave this one feeling like they tried. And despite that being a low bar, it's still better than most everywhere else. I rarely see anything that is off-putting either in terms of cleaning or organization. It's a smaller store than its counterpart down the street. But I prefer it that way.

Even after a couple days in the snow and being super busy, I was able to get what I needed and through line very quickly.

My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever.
I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.

I am a raving fan of all Krogers. But this location off of Middlebrook takes quality and customer service to another level. I recently switched to this location because the produce is fresher, the store is cleaner and better stocked than others. The staff is SO friendly. Today I went shopping and it had been a particularly challenging week. It was my break from work and kids. I had several friendly interactions with staff members including having them as me at checkout if I needed help out to my car. I can't remember the last time I'd been asked that at a grocery store! I left with my heart full and a smile on my face. If any employees read this, please know how much of an impact you had on me today!

Love shopping at Kroger. So many great deals and lots of savings. Great variety, personable employees.

Big store that had it all. Prices are good and I liked the 🍣 and it was very fresh. Playing the Kroger points game for gas takes some work but can be very worth it.

I'm rating 5 stars for the sushi business inside this store! A few months ago, they changed to a new sushi company or management changed or something, and the woman that now runs it is amazing. She's so friendly and will make you a roll upon request. The fish is fresh and delicious — we get it all the time. Wanted to spread the word!

I didn’t catch his name, but he was an elderly black man with glasses and he was so helpful and so so nice he made it such a welcoming experience and he will stay the reason I go again to this store

I wanted to compliment two employees in the pharmacy
Devin and Chelsey. They both were wonderful to help me. I live closer to the Farragut store and had a new rx to pick up. Unfortunately, they told me that they needed to order it and would be in next week. It couldn't wait until next week. I called and spoke with Devin in less than thirty minutes I had my prescription. Also, Chelsey saved me money by using my Kroger discount card. I am retired but was in Human Resources and these are the people I hired to work for my company. You don't see this often anymore both of you are exceptional. Thank you!

Kroger is always amazing there are two on either side of cedar bluff and they are both great. Friendly, and great deals if you have the app, you can preload them to your card so no paper coupons and I save amazing amounts on gas with gas points. It can get a bit crowded during the day but that's to be expected for a grocery store. I shop here almost every day and I rarely have a problem and if I do they resolve it quickly.

I love Kroger's they have all the things I need and then some. Prices aren't bad.

I’ve been shopping at Food City at Middlebrook/Bob Kirby ever since moving to Hardin Valley. During the last year, I have spent thousands of dollars there and after another complete joke of an issue, I have switched to this Kroger. I’m not one to get upset but I left my cart full at the checkout line tonight and that will be the last time I go to a Food City. I grabbed everything I needed at Kroger, for a cheaper price, and the self checkout employee was awesome. I was treated well and appreciate Kroger making sure I was taken care of.

Kroger on middlebrook is the best. I just had a baby and have an 8 month old puppy, so I’ve been taking advantage of the pickup service.
Marty usually is the one to bring my groceries and he is always so so so kind!! He always has a seasonal joke to tell, a smile on his face & a treat for my puppy! Thanks Marty for always being a pleasure!
