Pilot Convenience Store

Very convenient access to the interstate and easy to find a pump. Didn't visit when it is dark so I am not sure how the experience will be at night. I come here every year to see my best friend Sam Harward in Knoxville. Great gas station and usually friendly customer service.

In the past I have stopped daily for my morning pick me up, however I am going to have to rethink this. Today the woman behind the counter had a mask mostly covering her mouth. I could see her top lip as she spoke and her nose was completely uncovered. The sign on the door said must have facial covering to enter but the people without mask outnumber those with mask 2 to 1. I can't say I felt comfortable stopping there. It is the most convenient but I need to feel safe and I didn't.

Credit card readers stopped working now everyone has to go inside to pay. Clerk was rude.

Just stopped by for gas today and 2 out of 3 pumps had been tampered with (the 'voided' sticker was removed). This is a sign of credit card skimmers, and they need to keep a watchful eye. When I got to the pump I eventually filled at, there was a huge gas spill and nothing had been put down, not even an attempt made. Terrible station, go to the Weigel's on Fox Lonas up around the corner instead

Not a safe place after 10 pm. I work late nights at a place just down the street and its common for me to swing by on my lunch break after midnight. As of late its become a really sketchy place lots of drunk people stopping tends to cause conflicts among the customers. I should know I was accosted by a drunk just the other day while the employee sat by doing nothing.

ATM is dangerously close to the entrance. You stand and block the door as people come in. If you want some junkie to hit you over the head and walk out with your money, this is the spot.

The man that works there, heavy set name is Jacob I believe. Horrible customer service, rude and always makes my visit unpleasant. Sad thing is everyone knows him for being this way. You really need a new employee

Worst costumer service ever. If I didn't haven't to fight thur the drug addicts hanging out side the store like there running in. Needs new management and new cashiers. Worst pilot I've been too in knoxville.

Sign said 2 for $2.22 I can read perfectly ...me and sign was wrong Cash Register was right...I lose again💓🖤💚 not arguing over water lady

Very difficult to get in and out of if you have a trailer.
