I was reading the negative reviews and, to be honest, I'm kind of confused. I recently moved to Taylor and was having issues with my meds being moved over. The pharmacy has gone above and beyond to find and have my prescriptions transferred to their location! They've also been nothing but kind and are always a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!

Every time I have been to this CVS, I have experienced excellent customer service. The young man in the pharmacy drive through and women behind the pharmacy counter have gone above and beyond to assist me and have been efficient and polite.

I have always had pleasant experiences in both the store and in the Pharmacy. I am always treated with respect and the staff are helpful and have a great sense of humor which is a breath of fresh air. I love Omar in the Pharmacy because he will go the extra mile for you.
The ladies at the drive in window are friendly, sweet and never waste a second of time. This is my fave drugstore and I’ve used them all!

SAT hours are 9-6 and Sunday 12-5, NOT what is posted here. Other than that this particular CVS flies in the face of the reputation CVS stores usually have. This pharmacy is efficient, caring, polite and helpful and is the best pharmacy in town. They are always willing to help, make an extra effort, and remember most people's name and their basic needs. The pharmacy manager, Sue, runs a tight ship and it shows.

I have been very impressed with their service and attitude. If you are looking for a good pharmacy locally in Taylor, this is the one to go to.

Called in a refill and the tech suggested mailing it to me. I got it in the mail today which was convenient. However, they also sent me a greeting card for Easter!! Thank you CVS for being reliable and considerate during this time in our lives.

Diane was able to assist with prescription medications for my daughter, gave me a covid booster, and rang up all of my other purchases. So professional and compassionate. Thank you Diane! :)

Overheard one of the employees helping out an older gentleman in a very kind and positive manner, turns out the employee is the new manager. Talked to him for a bit and he was very helpful, made me enjoy my shopping experience.

CVS is always great. Convenient location, variety of things.

It is a small store and sometimes, it isn't stocked well.

A lot of times I don’t find what I need so I’ll end up going to Walgreens across the street. I get prescriptions from here and don’t have any issues.

When you have two cars in front of you and have been waiting 18 minutes before the first car leaves don’t know how long they were there before I pulled up then waited another 15 minutes befor the next car left.

Typically I don't have any issues with this location. Maybe this has more
to do with whoever is in charge of this location. Came by today for a
Covid test, showed up on time, and quickly had a line of cars parked
behind me. As we know, these tests can only be done through the
drive-thru. The drive-thru window, as you can see, was boarded up
with a sign stating it was due to short staffing. Not knowing what to do,
I called the store. I was hung up on twice before I could even get a word
in. Perhaps technical issues? Third call to the pharmacy department
had me on hold for almost 15 minutes before I hung up. Called the
front desk, and when I asked what to do, I was met with "Oh, yeah,
we're short staffed so there's no one at the drive-thru, so there's no
one here to even do your test. Sorry.
Had the online scheduling system prevented me from even choosing
this location as an option for my Covid test, all of this could've been
avoided.
