Tyler in the Pharmacy was very friendly and also saved me $! I have a lapse in coverage until March 1st, and he found a coupon that saved me big on my important maintenance med. Thanks so much! Ive been coming here for over 10 years and this was exemplary service.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted when I walked into the store. The employees were very friendly & helpful. When I went to pay I used a prepaid Visa card & was $1.36 short & instead of making a big deal about it the manager on duty paid the remaining balance. I can't remember his name but he was an African American man. Keep it up guys.

My son was doing a Science Fair Project and we HAD to get pictures of him doing the project as he went. I went several places to try and down load the pictures from my IPhone, and couldn't do it. I have the Walgreens photo app. so I went home and downloaded them there and did a little photo book only to find it had to be mailed to me and wouldn't arrive until WAY AFTER the science fair. Then I called the local walgreens for help. I got Zack, he was a God send!! He listened attentively to my problem and told me he could make the book I wanted in the store, I was skeptic. He told me to come in and he'd make the book and convinced me to try. Zack was wonderful. He worked on that little book for over an hour. When he was done, it looked professionally made, (It Was!) And he got all the pictures to down load and worked so hard. Other places I had gone just said they couldn't get the pictures. I will forever be grateful to Zack for taking all that time and effort for us - he could have just said if the others couldn't do it he couldn't either and I would have been none the wiser! Thank YOU Zack and Thank you Walgreens! Next time I need a picture, guess where I am going!!

I love this Walgreen's. Everyone is always friendly and the store is clean with employees who are willing and happy to help.

I love this store. Even understaffed they continue to be friendly. Our family got flu and Covid boosters Sunday, the tech was very professional. We buys everything here if needed quick. Yes, more expensive than HEB, but stocked well, fair prices, and friendly staff.

The staff is always nice and friendly. I usually get my prints for Christmas cards done here. I cannot say anything about the choice of card templates they have, since I usually always design my own. But I can say that the photo printing is very fast. They are usually done before the time requested (when ordering online). The last couple of times, however, the prints had chemical marks at the bottom of every single print I ordered.
Another issue is that I usually wait around for a while before someone comes to the photo center to get my prints for me. I’ve had to go look for an employee, or wait in one of the checkout lines to be able to get someone to help me.

Agreed with another review that basic items are WAY overpriced. However, I have been using this pharmacy for the last two years and I take quite a few medications. The pharmacy staff know me by name, ask about how I am doing as well as about my two boys. They are incredibly helpful and kind. The pharmacy staff is the reason this store continues to get my business. I usually only utilize locally owned businesses but this one feels like it is.
