Jesse at this store has ALWAYS been an amazing help. I recently had a troubleshooting issue with a PS5 that went bad and Jesse went above and beyond in his effort to help. I know retail jobs don't pay much, but if GameStop all of a sudden needed to pick associates to pay more, THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!

Taylor went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with an online order because it was a unique case. Was on the phone with their people for a good 30-45 minutes trying to sort it out when he could have just quit after the first 5 minutes when the first person said they didn't know. He kept going anyway. Then after all was said and done (turns out my order never processed though the website gave me an order confirmation and number -- not his fault at all) he was apologetic anyway and then helped me find a perfect headset since I was asking for comfort over everything. Definitely would recommend this gamestop location 10/10 times

Great staff and service, love everything about this place. They have all types of games, which helps when looking for one. When youre looking for a specific thing andyou cant find it, you will still be satisfied and may possibly find something close or even better.
