Paul saved my life today. He saw potential danger (aka my mom and sister randomly showing up and jokingly rushing him) when I was already struggling with a phone lost to a puddle, and brought us both out the other end with smiles. Paul went above and beyond to make my life significantly better while keeping me laughing during the entire process. More people should be like Paul. Paul is the man.

The store set up is very spacious and simple. There are long hassock type seats with basic product displays around the walls and a few pedestals scattered here and there. They were quite busy so you get your name put on a list and you arecfreecro sit down or check out the displays. They can help you check out the merchandise and the features, sell you accessories or, as in my case, checkout your phone and troubleshoot any problems you may have. My phone was stuck in Landscape mode and , in turn , did not function well. He helped by checking out my apps and installed features. He removed a few duplicates and possible problems. He was very nice and helpful. We freed up some memory and he showed me how I can delete some stored information. They are a little busy for back to school as well. I did not purchase anything, just needed some basic help.

I went in for help to pre-order the iPhone 13 Pro Max. And after exhausting everything I had, I decided to just put the order on hold for a while. I forgot who helped me, but they were super helpful, and so patient. I leave a great review. I love Verizon’s service, and cannot wait to start my Fios service.

This is honestly the best of the best when it comes to Verizon corporate stores. I always have a good experience in the store, and none of the sales persons come off as pushy, and have actually saved me money looking for available discounts. While the location has gotten busy, it's fairly quick, and I've never felt "forgotten" waiting for my turn to be called. If for any reason you need to go to a Verizon store, just skip the other locations and head to this one. You'll save yourself frustration and a headache.

I went to Verizon in Cicero on Rte 11 this afternoon because my phone would not shut down. A Verizon rep met me at the door & helped me immediately. He was able to make a quick assessment, explained the problem & with his guidance I was able to correct it. Thank you, Dan, for your patience & knowledge!

Justin helped me upgrade my plan and get me a great plan for my wifi at home. Was great to work with him. Very patient and easy to work with.

Just came in to switch from sprint and Matthew was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. He is the best to talk with. He stayed an hour later than his shift just to help us with the switch. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Nick M was the best cell salesman I've met, gave me ally options without pushing too much. Upgraded a month early because of him. Will recommend all colleagues to this location to see him.

Verizon Store on route 11 has the best most knowledgable staff. All ways go there for new devices. Matt is great , buy from him when ever I can ,others there are just as spot on about products and services. Left Verizon for two years and came back. They (meaning corporate) seemed to learn a lesson about consumers. Service seems to be the best.

Love verizon but got a little disappointed 😞 bought the razer edge said they had it in store drove there to fi d out it wasn't available yet but great customer service got it canceled and a new one being shipped worked fast and efficiently

I went in today with a bunch of questions regarding a mobile hotspot. I was clueless but Dylan was amazing!! He answered all ny questions and filled me in on all of the details so i completely understood what was going on. He didnt make me feel like i was wasting his time knowing that i jad no intention of making a purchase today. I will definitely be back and making my pirchase at this location....because of Dylan!

I have no problems there because I deal with the best sales associate there imo, name is Vilas.
This guy is super helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know about the others there but Vilas is the go to guy for us 🙂 Been with this place for years I have no issues 👍🏼👍🏼

TL; DR: Amazing customer service, Vilas went above and beyond

My dad decided that, after years and years of having a flip phone, he finally wanted to try a smart phone. He was also tired of paying his bill with his current carrier and getting basically nothing. Since Verizon is pretty much the only other carrier that works in his town, we decided to see what they had to offer. I came all the way up from the DC area for a weekend so I could help him figure out what was best for him.
When we pulled in and approached the store, one of the employees (Vilas) came to the door to hold it open for us and greeted us right then and there. Vilas then proceeded to help us every step of the way. We explained what we wanted (a smart phone, but not necessarily top end). He listened to us and didn't try to oversell us on the "newest and greatest thing"-- he was straight up about the different options, prices, and what everything meant. He answered all of our questions and wrote down all the information we needed.
My father and I grabbed a coffee to talk over the options, and when we went back Vilas once again helped us through every step of setting up the phone. We were having some problems with the phone back home (nothing major, just something that had to do with switching from one carrier to the other in order to keep his same number). We went back the next morning and there Vilas was; he got the problem fixed in no time. Even while we were waiting for Vilas to activate our phone, a couple employees approached us and made sure that we had been waited on. I also hadn't intended on buying a fitbit just yet, but I was curious so Vilas went through the different kinds and what they did; I wound up buying one from the Verizon store that same night.
All in all, Vilas went above and beyond to help us. He was forthright, not pushy, and did everything he could to make sure we left happy. My father and I were thoroughly impressed (and trust me, that's no easy feat).

Today when I went into Verizon Nicole and Alex help me and my boyfriend get our upgrade phones. We both got the LG G5 and were able to get $100 worth of acessories each. We got a pair of head phones, a turbo charger for the car and two Gadget Gaurds ( tempered glass). The Gadget Gaurds are also unlimited Warranty so we can get them fix anytime they break and doesn't matter how many times either. We save a total of $329 between the two of us! Nicole and Alex were a huge help and very professional, helpful, and know what they're doing. They were also easy and pleasent to work with and both had a smiles on their faces the whole time. We made Nicole our Rep and will be going to this store for any future purchases, upgrades, and questions.

I spent less time here, doing a difficult transaction, than I did at the bank for a simple transaction. Very Speedy staff, while also being very knowledgeable about what to do with my situation.

They guys at this location have been friendly and helpful. I am sad it's too late to switch back to an iPhone and I'll never get a Samsung again!!!

Nick was awesome, the Verizon system seemed to have went down when I went in to get a new phone and he still managed to get me out in a timely matter despite having a bricked phone and none of his devices working properly.

Matt at the Cicero location was super knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions and then some. I really appreciated his excellent customer service!

My order was ready when I went in to pick it up and the manager Omar was super helpful.
