Outstanding experience at the Walmart automotive center at the Central Square NY location.(installing new tires)Our suv was taking in as soon as we checked in. I was told the work was going to take about 1 hour, which gave us some time to shop in the store. One hour later my car was done. Great price on the tires and our suv is now running smoothly. Great job by everyone involved from the initial call to set up the appointment (Mickey) and Nelson, the checking employee to the mechanic that installed the tires. Keep up the good work. 👏

My tires were in bad shape and had just failed a state inspection. Knowing this and knowing the winter weather was only going to get worse, the manager, Lee, showed real concern for my safety.

They replaced all 4 tires and after driving in the snow today, my car felt much safer! I really appreciate the expert work and especially the care they showed while servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Bought new tires they were awesome

I visited for a flat tire after trying to get the same service at the East Syracuse TLE. I’m from out of town, and was only in the area for a college visit. I didn’t have much time, but had to get my tire changed since I live 2.5 hours away. The staff were a million times better than those at the other location. My only regret is that we didn’t come to this location first. Highly recommend.

Great job. Had some imbalance with my tires that another shop couldn't fix. Walmart found -sand- in the tires that the previous owner used for balance. They took extra time to remove the sand and properly balance. Drives perfectly now. This is my go to place for tires and oil.

Fast friendly and efficient. Definitely found my new tire place. These guys should be training the central square auto service in how to interact with customers.

I called the day before and was told it was first come first serve. I got there first and was taken right in. The guy that did the work was all business, not overly friendly but got the job done quickly. When I checked out the girl was very nice and Cust Serv oriented. Price was good.

Walmart Auto Care in Cicero NY is back open 7 days a week from 8am-6pm.

I purchased a set of 4 tires for my mother car got her an oil change and on my car got a high mileage oil change. I was satisfied with work and I got a reasonable price for tires
