I came in to get a second opinion on some issues with my car because I didn’t necessarily trust the shop I went to. Immediately when I got there, they were incredibly friendly and got my car right in and up on the lift. They took a look and confirmed what I thought, that I didn’t actually need some of the things the other shop said I did. I will definitely be back thanks to them being incredibly kind and honest!

I needed a front end alignment after getting new shocks, struts & tires in the front. Made the appointment online...they had me in there within minutes & I was able to watch the mechanic working on my Jeep from the waiting area. Really cool....and the Jeep is running very straight! Nice service & very respectful! Thank you!

Good place to get car work done. The team makes it super easy to let me know what I need and gets my car back to me either on time or sooner than the estimated.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop and that's not fun for anyone, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is why it wasn't so painful. I want to recognize Mike for his OUTSTANDING communication and rapport with me. He is 100% honest about what needs to be done with his recommendations for my best interests, rather than price gouge me with a surprise bill. His transparency has earned my trust because to him, I am not just another customer. This is going to be my permanent spot to do business from now on based on how spectacular Mike is with me every time. He is truly an asset to this shop and should be commended for it!

Management staff is great... very accommodating. Appointment was going to run longer, they offered a ride back too the office.. called me when it was done, offered to pick me up.. got a ride for a office mate . Car is running and stopping great.... staff deserves a raise!!!

I do not even know where to begin but I guess I will start by saying that Judd really saved my butt. I was driving to work last night when my vehicle started misfiring, shaking violently, and would shut off randomly whenever I would have to stop at a red light. I was so scared because I'm a single mom and my car is how I work and provide for my family. I really thought that my luck had run out. then I called Monro and asked if they would be able to get my car in as soon as possible. they took a look, they were very honest with me and were able to fix the spark plug issue I was having. this stopped my vehicle from misfiring and I'm able to get back to work. I really cannot thank them enough for the service that they provide not to mention they had my car in and out in a matter of 2 hours. definitely a place that I would rate more than five stars if possible

On a cold, rainy, and windy night driving in an unfamiliar area my tire pressure lights came on at 8p. After stopping at gas stations to refill the air and it not going off, I was concerned about driving the rest of my way to my destination about an hour and a half up the road. All the mechanics and shops along 81 were closed - except for this shop with its OPEN sign still blinking and a man sitting at the desk. I knocked on the door and explained and no sooner had Adam told me to pull up to the door, get back in my car, and he’d take care of it. He checked all my tires before walking back into his office where he wrote his cell phone number down. He told me he was headed home shortly and would be driving in the same direction and that I should call him if I had any trouble. Adam was truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve encountered! While we live in Richmond, VA, if I ever happen to need work done on my car while visiting family in the North Country, I will absolutely be using this Monro!

I have been a customer for over 4 years and have spent lots of $ on my car at your store. I was a loyal customer before Mike took over as service manager.....that’s important to mention because as a female it’s hard to trust that you are not being “taken for a ride” from any service shop. Mike has won me over with his knowledge, patience, and understanding. Both he and the service technicians work hard to make sure they get it right by starting with the most serious issues down to the mundane oil change. Good service is hard to find these days and I have found it at Monro in Cicero.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience at the MM on Rt. 57. We ended up finishing the job at the one on Rt. 11 and the manager Mike is seriously awesome. He took such good care of the car and us. He truly cared about fixing the situation and didn't leave us hanging. We will be going there for oil changes and whatever else we need. Thank you again, Mike, for being dedicated to your customers and so professional!!! (Also- the men who work as tech's here were just as friendly and helpful!!!)

Every experience I’ve had with Monroe has been a great one. The employees at this location are very helpful and friendly. I just got my first car about a year ago they are attentive and answer any questions I have about my car (no matter how dumb it may be). I always leave feeling satisfied with the work done on my car. They never disappoint and are very reasonably priced!

You just lost the best employee that anyone in sales could only dream of. The manager of the Cicero, NY store was replaced because the district manager wanted to move him after Sean put his heart and soul into that store. His customer base and loyalty was none other than I've seen before. I've managed my own million dollar retail store and have hired and fired people, but I have never seen such talent alike then from this manager. He reached out to so many customers. Customers coming in to hug him on a daily basis. Absolutely crazy that he was not valued more than he was. I know he will not return, but a little advice I would give you, would be to fire whoever that district manager is. Anybody stupid enough to let Sean go for that reason is completely blind to excellence in customer service. I have never in my 20 years in the business seen anybody as good as him. If you don't believe me, I challenge to randomly call any customer that went there and ask them about Sean. I think that challenge alone would speak tremendous volumes as to what you truly lost.

I scheduled an inspection with another well known chain online, but was told when I arrived that they didn’t have an inspector that day. He referred me to Monro in Cicero NY, so I went there without an appointment. The 2 men immediately checked me in and had my car inspected within 15 minutes of arrival. I’m coming to Monro from now on.

I had an appt for 9 am Saturday am, was a bit nervous when I pulled in and seen tons of vehicles in lot. They got my truck right in, and was done within an hour.
They explained everything to me as they went along, luckily caught that my inspection was almost up and took care of that.
Staff was friendly during the wait.
Customer areas were clean and comfortable.
Great experience for someone who doesn't love spending her days off at repair shop.
Would recommend and will definitely go back for further repairs and services.

Dave was a great representative. He was helpful and pleasant. Immediately Greeted us when we walked in...acknowledging we were there even though he was busy. He also Remembered our names when we returned to pick up our cars and cashed us out quickly. Great service!!

I took my car in for service and a New York State Inspection. The manager, Mike, did a fantastic job explaining the work my vehicle needed and setting expectations. His technicians did the work promptly and the car runs much better. Thanks for the great customer service at affordable prices!

Great Customer Service! I went for an oil change and had a slight noise in the right front tire. They fixed it along with the oil change. They explained everything to me and waited to see if I understood and if I had any questions. I have been to at least 7 other Monro Mufflers and this is by far the best location for cleanliness, friendliness and customer service!

I had an unexpected flat tire that disrupted our morning. I pulled in to Monro muffler. Not having an appointment I was sure the wait would be long. They found the problem, took me right in and made me feel I was important. The two gentlemen that worked on my van were helpful, kind and considerate. I highly recommend Monro muffler for the service and kindness I received. Thank you for such wonderful employees. A very satisfied customer.
