Mavis Discount Tire

As my first time going to Mavis Discount Tires, I'm happy to say my experience was great! They took my truck in to look at and was able to fix it right up. Sonny was really the only worker I had spoken with today, but genuinely a very nice guy! I'll be happy to return here if something else needs servicing. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years and always been satisfied with their timeliness, work, and friendliness. I called today at lunchtime to ask if they had time check out my rattling exhaust this afternoon, dropped it off, and they had it repaired by 4pm. I can’t ask for a faster midday turnaround than that.

Always excellent service in taking care of your needs. If they don't have your tire, they'll order it. They do a great job getting the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They offer WiFi while you wait and a TV in the lobby.

It's been 10 months since my initial review and I can testify their service is the best in the area! I will continue to bring my car here and I highly recommend them. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service! I come in 45 minutes before they close, and they took me as a customer knowing that they might be working past 6 PM. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this store and having the gentleman that assisted me take care of your vehicle. Definitely give this Midas a call for your vehicle service needs before you think about any others!

I ordered tires from Amazon and also purchased mounting and balancing plan from Mavis. It prompted me to pick a mounting date after the arrival of my tires. The earliest date happened to have fallen on a Thursday.

My tires arrived on a holiday, which was a Monday. I called Mavis and asked if they had any cancellations so I could get my tires sooner. They told me to bring my Jeep right in. It did not take them long for the mounting and balancing, and I am very happy with the service.

I wanted to share our positive experience with Mavis Tire, Cicero, NY. The car tire valve was deliberately cut off by an undesirable person and we called all around for a tire for an AWD vehicle. Sonny said bring it in and we will look at it. He called us and said you were correct that it was deliberately vandalized, but the good news is you don't need a tire only a valve. They got it done in super speed time. The staff was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them if you needed your vehicle serviced or a set of tires. They are reasonable priced too!!

I brought my 2015 Ford F-150 to Mavis after having horrendous service from the tire store down the road. Kevin the manager took wonderful care of the tires and fixed them beautifully. He was polite and honest and showed me all the damage that was not taken care of at the other store, even though I paid the other store to do the work. I will recommend Mavis to all. And when you stop there, and find the great service the way I did, tell Kevin I sad “Thanks!!” again!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Josh. He was very helpful. I went in for an inspection and found that I needed 4 new tires..and 2 new rotors, He was very personable and patient.......He gave me a good price on tires and the 2 rotors . My appt was at 630, I was done at 8 pm. It was done fast.....Thank you, Josh

Came in for tires and they were super busy/short staffed. They worked quickly to get my vehicle in so I wasn't stuck there all day. Very nice customer service and the karaoke singing from the workers in back made my wait enjoyable ;) !! Ill be back. Thanks !

Dropped my vehicle off to get a tire repair and get a new pair of wipers. My vehicle was ready in 45 minutes. Sonny took care of it quickly and recognized me as a repeat customer. I appreciate them being efficient being a drop in. Highly satisfied. Thanks Sonny and team.

Service was excellent here. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more efficient process. Came in with a flat tire and it was repaired in under an hour. Very satisfied

Me and my significant other ended up buying a car from a dealership and with mavis's help we were able to diagnose a problem with the frame the frame was completely rotted out and I highly recommend Mavis because of their expertise customer service and their ability to make the customer happy and make sure that the car and the customer leaves safe

My son had ordered new rims & tires, took them to "hellmart" to have them mounted & balanced...when he brought them home & put them on, all I can say is AWFUL!! Wheel weights were put on incorrectly & definitely were NOT balanced. The staff at Mavis Tire in Cicero went way above and beyond...got him right in, balanced correctly and back out in no time! Thank You to their staff for taking care of their competitors mistakes!

Came in a they put two tires on with a great price sunny took good care of me a was giving off great energy won’t go to Walmart again for tire an oil changes again. Recommend to everyone who don’t want to get rolled over.

Had multiple problems with my Subaru and my Volkswagen and they were taken care of properly and professionally. Workers are some of the nicest I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing thank you all you have made frequent customers out of my family and i for years to come!

The best mavis in the area, and trust me, I been to almost all of them over time. Awesome customer service, excellent work done on my vehicle every time. Pricing is also great. Only complain is that the greatest mavis manager will be leaving this location, and moving to Florida to run a mavis there. Lol, I'm joking about the complaint, but he will be missed. Saint Augustine Florida is gaining an amazing manager to run the business there. Hopefully he thinks it's a little to warm there, and decide to move back here lol jk. But this is definitely my go to shop for all three of my vehicles to get repaired.
