We had a great experience here!!! Eddie helped us during our visit and answered so many questions for my mom, who had a complicated and confusing situation with her phone/watch not pairing and several other questions...he took the time, was extremely patient and kind and knowledgeable and completely helped us fix her her multiple issues. We are so thankful!!!!!

I had problems with my email account that had crashed. Eddie resolved it for me, and explained what he had had to do to get it functioning again. He was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his excellent professional expertise today.

I went to a Verizon store( not to be named) to ask for help with my new Google pixel watch . The agent looked briefly at my watch and phone and told me the watch wouldn't connect to my phone Bec the phone was too old. I went to Penfield Verizon store and was fortunately helped by Eddie. He patiently worked with me and answered all my questions , which were alot, and got the watch and phone hooked up exactly as I wanted . Thank you very much. Eddie.

Will took on upgrading my family to Verizon by working on 5 phone upgrades in one evening on a Saturday for us. Going above and beyond what I expected of a Manager. Not only is he very professional and intelligent in his field, but he made switching services seamless and enjoyable, which says a lot!

This store is the best by far. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The staff there is amazing. Though if you are lucky enough to get Will, you won't be disappointed. He is the best.

I come to this store not only for work purposes but recently went for my personal account. Will and his team are absolutely phenomenal. They assisted me with my upgrade, account info, phone plans and accessories. I will continue to go to this store because of the service I received. Will upgraded me from my ancient plan that I hadn't looked at in years and was apparently paying to be deprioritized for service! (Didn't even realize that was a thing) He got me prioritized for better service for basically the same amount as I was already paying and saved me money on bundling my streaming services that I was paying for anyway for less. Thank you Will!!!

Bill Lorenzo was very patient, helpful and courteous. My only issue is that I wasn't shown how to use my phone. There wasn't an instruction book in the box.
