Starbucks

First time at this Starbucks. Very impressed. Fast efficient, friendly and good food a d clean rest roomd.

Great place good drinks awesome staff keep up the good work these guys take care of their costumers my hats are off to the crew!!

This location is very near my house. I walk about 1 mile to it. I order my coffee and receive it; as I only have hot coffee and it comes quickly. Other selections would be picked up at the other end. If you have the app and make an mobile order, you will received as you walk in. The time I usually go for coffee is when the high schoolers are there to order and the line grows longer. It is still handled quickly, which is cool, as I have to catch a bus and there are minutes before it comes!
I don't order any of the food selections as they are costly and since I am watching my weight, these selections are not in my diet. I haven't really heard any bad comments about their food selections, so maybe they are worth buying.
The place is handicap accessible, except for the entrance. Wheelchairs have to have help to get in the door. Some tables are marked with the handicap symbol and these tables are nice to sit at and be close to the table. The legs are at the corners of the table versus a column in the center.
The bathrooms are awesome, they are marked unigender or for either sex to use. They are clean and the soap dispenser had soap and to dry hands had an electric blower. It is quiet to do work on your computer or to meet a friend and have a conversation. That is so nice for me , I get distracted with my ADD.
The parking has a space in front just for the mobile app and other spaces for handicapp parking. There are plenty of spots towards the rear of the parking lot. To leave the parking lot, sometimes, it is easier to go to the back way and either turn right and leave by Dunkin Donuts or to the left and leave to Liberty Street or through Marks Pizza to gain access to either Five Mile line or Penfield Road. If you leave Star Bucks to Penfield Road, you might have to 1) wait a long time or 2) almost get into an accident. My friend left that way and had a fender bender! It is so close to the traffic light that the traffic does build up.
I had a cashier that was deaf and had a wonderful attitude. I tried some of my asl signs and she laughed because one sign was wrong. I apologized and she was so kind and said that at least she had a laugh for the day. Most people are quick and have a good attitude for customer service. So that is why I go there more than Dunkin Donuts.

Great Starbucks. Order ahead and your drink is ready on time almost every time. Friendly helpful staff that hustle.

Cute little Starbucks. No drive thru but it’s still nice. Service was excellent and the drinks were great.

I LOVE this Starbucks. It’s my happy place. Bo and Rosa are the sweetest people ever. Never a bad experience. If you want to go to a Starbucks where you will immediately get a smile on your face then go to this one <3

Hours later i am so glad i stopped in and said hi. I love me a nice pike place and not being charged extra for alt milks. But today i just needed to use the bathroom because the one at work was busted yesterday. To the barista who told me 'you are safe here' YOU embody the good feels i always get at starbucks. They need to pay you all more but someone sure knows how to pick awesome partners/barista/team members.

No drive through but there's a good reason for that. This locations interior is very nicely lit, has very comfortable seating, and is always very clean! Definitely the sort of Starbucks you want to hang out inside of. The staff is very friendly and the service is as fast as you'd expect it to be. My favorite Starbucks location I've seen so far (enough to write a review, for that matter!)

Rosa always greets me with a warm welcome and efficient service. She always recognizes me and expedites amazing customer service. If she isn’t already the manager, she definitely deserves a promotion!!!!

The store open at 5:30am. I use the Starbucks mobile app to order. My food was ready in less than five minutes.

Penfield Starbucks is wonderful. What really makes the location great is the staff. They are friendly, incredibly nice and organized. I feel like all the baristas are my friends and I’ve known them forever!! They really make you feel important and cared for. I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends.

The staff is absolutely lovely every visit and their demeanor just anodyne enough to make for a good coffee house atmosphere. Service is timely and accurate. Seating is comfortable; the layout of the shoppe places the lounge away from walking paths and cashiers. Pristine location!

I would come to this Starbucks almost every single morning. I have moved since and miss all of the smiling faces of this particular Starbucks. The employees treated me, and my husband, kindly everytime we walked through the doors. They knew who we were by our faces and mobile order. They would interact in polite and hospitable conversation. I have traveled/lived all over the US and this was one of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever had the privilege of ordering from! They are truly the definition of "love in a mug". 🥰☕

Love their long dining room type of table. It’s a great place to read, do research, have coffee, small lunch and most likes run into someone you know. Enough parking and friendly staff. You can pick up a small gift while waiting in line and or get a gift card.

Of all the Starbucks I have been to, this is by far the best. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. It food and beverages are high quality. The place is clean. And the noise level is not bad. I love going to this store.

One of the friendliest group of Starbuck employees ever. We need more starbucks like this. Tho not every starbucks I've gone too are bad. Most of them aren't like the experience I've had at the Starbucks in Penfield. I'm kinda glad there isn't a drive through. I get to enjoy the atmosphere for the mere minutes that I'm in there. Get to know every employee little by little. It is a wonderful place.
