Staff are great and knowledgeable. I’ve been six or seven time and they are always courteous and professional. The stellar person that stand out one theee of my visits is a man that works there whose name is Sam. He’s perhaps one of the managers not sure. Always goes above and beyond, I had to process a return and both times I went he was very quick and kind about helping me, also getting an alternate size. He’s also very knowledgeable on the merchandise which I was kind of surprised about because I expected him to only be familiar with the men’s merchandise. His suggestions on fabrics I was looking for certain blazers for work were very helpful.helped me navigate the store and he knew exactly where things that I had seen online. Went above and beyond so I just had to write this review. I definitely recommend.

Went here for the first time yesterday, and the employees went above and beyond. I had an emergency and had to buy a shirt for a special occasion, which I got very attentive service for. I thought checkout was a great experience too. Thank you to the staff for being so inviting even during the COVID-19 summer.

I tried on many shirts here and bought almost all of the ones I tried on. Many different looks to choose from. Place is well stocked and seems to always have great sales. All the sales people were helpful on the floor too.

I truly love to buy my office outfits at Express, in addition the staff at this store is friendly and I can avoid the craziness of the big malls at this store.

The clothes were organized neatly and in an easy to find manner. The dressing rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Every time I go in there and the staff is extremely helpful but this time I really have to give a shout out to one of their staff members Shaked..she was extremely patient and help me tremendously thank you!!!!!
