I’ve been going to the store now for a few years on Oceanside Rd. on Long Beach Rd.. The store is great. Steve, the manager is very nice and very helpful and that’s the way he trains his staff. He hires excellent people and every single representative at this CVS there is very nice. I know several of the employees and whenever I go in there they always ask me if the can help me find something. Very impressive. I’ve recommended family members and friends to this location on Long Beach Rd. in Oceanside.

The store is spotless and they have just about everything and anything you could possibly use. Nice friendly staff. Customers need to realize issues with medications are usually directly related to the health insurance you chose to have and not the pharmacist ~!

Although it takes a bit long to answer phone, when they answer phone and when u arrive to pick up, the staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable and always answer all questions.

Beware, Don't buy the Vanilla Visa Cards here! Some of them are scam cards! And the employees said nothing they can do about it but they have cameras so they should sell it behind the register to get tracking.

Honestly I’m not even sure what goes on in pharmacies anymore. There is a complete lack of people’s time. You go to pick up a prescription that you are told is ready only to get there and find 8 people in front of you getting theirs as well. They have 4 people behind the counter I’m not saying they are not working but it appears as though they are not. If the person being helped needs to wait how about asking them to move to the side and have another employee help the next patient. Waiting 45 mins at a pharmacy esp when you feel sick is a complete disregard for other people. CUSTOMERS !! Do better CVS. Hire more people. You already have us all scanning our item at check out.

I went into the CVS in Oceanside New York. I was not feeling well and picked up two medication‘s that were over-the-counter. I waited on line for five minutes at the pharmacy and was told I was not allowed to check out there because they were not prescriptions.
I had to go to the front of the store where there was another five minute wait. All along, I had a fever and was feeling like I was going to pass out.
The only reason why I even gave two stars, and not one is because the gentleman in the front was very very nice to me and understood my concerns

I had a 25% off my purchase it was sent to my card.

The item was not on sale and the sales person had no clue.

My choices were to leave my items or pay full price.
