Rite Aid

A little PR here for Walgreens. My wife and I received our first COVID vaccine doses at 2 different Walgreens recently. One in East Setauket and one in Manhattan. Everyone in both facilities was super nice and professional. We were taken right on time and were out in a half hour in both places. Nice clean private rooms and a painless procedure.

I think the male pharmacist is very nice and everyone is very quick and accommodating also friendly

When I go to rite aid to see my fiance,
The people who worked there are so friendly.
They help any customers out and it was one of the most awesome Rite Aid I have ever went to.
It is the best rite aid i ever went to in my entire life

Love this location. Always so clean. Never long lines. And everyone that I've encountered behind the counter has been so kind and professional

As far as the workers at the pharmacy they were unbelievably great I got My vaccine shot

Newly renovated site. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Less wait for prescriptions than cvs, although parking is not as easy.

The technician "didn't want to argue with me" when I am asking simple questions asking for help. I am a very polite and respectful person and she treated me like a degenerate for asking simple questions. I will get her name and update this in the future.

The male pharmacist at this location is simply put- RUDE. He’s short when speaking to him and anytime you call he makes you feel stupid or an annoyance. I have lupus, fibromyalgia and RA just to name a few so yes- I take a lot of meds. But it doesn’t matter the reason he’s always the same- zero customer service! Hate this pharmacy but it’s closest to us.

Pharmacist filled my prescription incorrectly and refused to fix the problem. He was also wearing his face mask as a ‘chin guard’, with his nose completely exposed. Very alarming to see a healthcare worker who’s job it is to handle patients prescriptions, while getting his germs all over them. Will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again.

I guess the pharmacy closes early on the weekends but it doesn't say that anywhere on Google

The pharmacy manager administering flu shots today, spoke in a horribly disrepectful tone, so shocking that when I addressed his tone he got worse. It was absolutely shocking.

The woman who answered the phone was far too rude. She was very short with me on the phone when I called to ask about a prescription. They didn't have my very common medication in stock, but I was still polite and said thank you, but she just hung up the phone.

The male pharmacist is really, really rude. Like shockingly rude. Changing pharmacies to CVS down the road.
