AT&T Store

Noah was wonderful. I’m 80 years old and not as computer literate as the younger(anyone under 40) customers. He was considerate and kind. Never made me feel stupid. He assured me he had whatever time we needed. I’d certainly recommend him to anyone. Good job Noah.

I am so grateful for the representative Noah Alonzo HE WAS AMAZING. I am very much an over-thinker and he was patient and understanding every step of the way. Wouldn’t ask for better help and sales representative. O definitely recommend this place.

The GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Matthew and Noah @ this AT&T location is some of the BEST I've received in a long time. Approximately a month ago I needed to change my service to prepaid with auto pay. Both of these gentlemen gave me the info I needed to set everything in motion; creating a password, the appropriate amount to be paid for starting the process & appropriate email address if their was anything else I had questions about after my meeting with them. Thank you AT&T for your ALWAYS par excellence service. I've had my phone service with you for a very long time. Being senior and retired makes my (now) lo wer payments much easier on the wallet; & it's appreciated. I live very close to this location so walking in to this store to say hello is a real treat. Matthew and Noah ALWAYS PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE in regards to SERVICE. SERVICE is key for me in this day & age. Thanks again AT&T you ROCK!!

Went in looking to change services and Brittani, the assistant manager helped me out.

She was so knowledgeable about the services AT&T offers. She got me set up with the next up plan so I can upgrade sooner and added protection so I didn’t have to worry if I lost or damaged my phone.

I used to think going to a cellular store is similar to going to the DMV, my experience with Brittani, changed that. She had awesome customer service and a funny sense of humor.

Highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking to upgrade your phone or try out AT&T as a service provider!

I came in to get a phone upgrade and ask a few questions. Noah was able to help me right away and get me started on everything I needed. I got all my questions answered quickly and simply, thanks to Noah, and Matt too! Will be coming back to this store for anything I need.

Can you say grade A customer service? Brittani is amazing, she helped me with the whole process of setting up my new iPhone and understanding the different parts of my billing cycle. She is the best!

I had a 5 star experience at this store with the help of Matthew and Alfonzo. They were both very patient and helpful and worked to ensure all of my service needs were met. Highly recommend.

I drive over 160 miles just to have Brittani help me with all of my service needs. I have had her walk me through problems with my phones numerous times and she is so kind. She is patient and helpful with me even when I talk her ear off. I will continue to make the drive for Brittani to help me.

I was having a difficult time getting my voicemail to work after switching carriers. I came to AT&T hoping they could help since I was unsuccessful with the hotline. Brittani went through everything with me and explained some of the different tips I could use with getting it reset, and it worked. She was very helpful and able to quickly get my voicemail fixed since I was a little bit of a rush. Now I don’t have to deal with the hotline service anymore waiting on hold and people can leave me voicemails again!

Brittani was hands down the best att employee I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! I came in for a new phone and wasn’t sure which one would suit my needs. The employees here were all super kind and understanding. I worked with Noah and I feel as if he went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. Will definitely be returning to this store for all my needs.

Had to return to the store on 09/07/23 for a missing piece of equipment. Experienced great customer service from Noah and Connor! They are patient, understanding, and kept me entertained while waiting on hold with customer service. The store manager is also entertaining and made my return experience a good one. I would recommend this store for cell phone service, Direct TV, etc.

Noah helped me through changing prepaid to a bundle plan added the pro 15 etc
