A local, small business that has been a staple in Fort Worth for decades! The customer service here is SO good. They are always willing to help you out in whatever way they can. Lots of bulk herbs and a huge assortment of supplements.

I can't say how being greeted by Mr. Timothy Brick at the door means the world. Not only greeted but asked did I need help finding what I need or do I have an idea so he could direct me. Mr. Brock customer service is what the world needs today. Good spirit, understanding of customers need, not pressuring me to buy, willing to help, and printing info on what I purchased and what I need it for. I will truly visit again. My husband and I have been patronizing that store for over twenty five years and we have always been treated courteously and with respect. We are greeted when we come in and have all our questions answered when asked for help. They have excellent knowledge of the products that they carry and are willing to order a product if it is not in stock. Great people.Great service

This is my favorite health food store! I now drive from Mansfield to this location, they have a large selection of the best brands and options of only the best supplements, since they don’t have their own brand they aren’t bias so they tell you the best choices for your needs, they are so knowledgeable, and Amber is my favorite, she is sweet and so helpful and knowable, I call her and go see her often for advice concerning myself and others, she has helped my health so much over the years, all the staff is great and knowledgeable!

Extremely knowledgeable about supplements for conditions. I respect everyone's suggestion and opinion. Great prices. Better and more convenient than on line shopping.. You cannot buy local honey at Amazon or other websites. They have it or can order it for you. The things I have had them order for me takes about 3 days, form that stuff.
I even get discounts on most supplements.

They have ALKALINE BALANCING WATER. BUY A CONTAINER FROM THEM AND USE THAT CONTAINER FOR EASY REFILLS. I CANNOT GET THAT ON AMAZON ETC.

The people at Richardson Health store are really great people and they work hard to help others to have healthier habits. If you have a question and they don't know they go out of their way to find the resources to help their customers to find what they need and the information of what the customer is looking for.

I've shopped at Richardson's for years now. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I get my essential oils and vegetable glycerin exclusively from Richardson's. They also have bulk minerals such as bentonite and rhassoul.

This store has all the natural products I've been looking for! Went to big-name health food stores and couldn't find what I needed, but found it easily here. Might be a little overpriced, but I might also be a cheapskate. Overall, excellent quality!

Wonderful staff with a beautiful selection of herbs and medicine. Love that they offer some prenatal care as well
