ShopRite of Parsippany

The bakery section is too good. The baker was very patient in listening to what I wanted and discussed various options and went out of her way to do what I wanted. We had a custom chocolate cake made by them and it’s very elegantly designed and tasty. Received a lot of appreciations for the cake. Thank you so much!

They have excellent customer service in and out the store. My car battery died while I was waiting for my pickup order on Saturday and they actually came out to assist me and helped me get back on the road. They wouldn’t even accept my tip. They said to pay it forward. I also work in customer service and know there is not enough recognition out there when people do a great job so wanted to make sure I leave a true review of their outstanding work ethics. They always provide a great shopping experience for me and my family thank you for being amazing!!!

This is for the bakery department -
I went in for a cake order and Nancy was SO nice and sweet. She asked me all the details I wanted for my cake and made it so easy. Tim took my order and was so helpful in regards to the cake filling and toppings. I just wanted to write about them because they were so kind to me. Thank you Nancy and Tim for making my day extra special (:

I gotta say because of the area I'm not surprised at how nice this location was and this was an impromptu visit. Everything I needed was in stock, the items were quite organized and staff were polite. Although the exterior appears outdated, the interior is modern and renovated.

This is a really nice ShopRite. There's a liquor store, and their hot prepared food area is great.

Very friendly beyond helpful staff they really go out of their way here to help you. It was my first time here i came here for fresh fish. And they certainly have everything you need here from matza to gluten free things to fresh fish. And the bakery here is phenomenal. Reasonably priced. Huge free surface parking lot. Easily accessible from the highway. Home delivery service here is quick as well.

Jimmy made a beautiful Flower arrangement for me on the fly ... Absolutely stunning... Thank you again Jimmy.. she loved her birthday flowers!! FYI the picture doesn't do it any justice, the arrangement is absolutely beautiful.

They have a very good prepared food and catering menu. The bakery also makes really attractive occasion cakes by order.

Visiting here since last 7 years. Best place to buy fresh fruits, veggies and more. Very friendly staffs. Very neat and big store. Parking lot is huge. Clean restroom.

Superb customer service by Bakery Dept. The dates in cake order form got wrong which was unnoticed , but the store manager Francesca managed to get the cake ready in 30 minutes which came out really well. Hats off to the bakery team!!!

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this - I did a small catering order from this shoprite this past Saturday for chicken tenders & some 3ft subs... the food was SO delicious, it was made & ready for us when we got there and we also ordered a custom cake from the bakery that was the BEST cake I have ever had. The design was beautiful & the cake was so fresh and I got so many compliments from out guests on how amazing it was. I am so happy with my catering experience with this ShopRite they will be my go to from now all for all future events I have!

I love this Super Shoprite location! The store is huge, spacious and stocked full of well-priced items. Produce here is fresh and high quality. I haven't yet tried the prepared foods but they look good. There is a large parking lot but it's always full. The staff is very friendly and helpful (unlike other locations) and even the shoppers who come here seem cheerier than at other Shoprites. The overall experience is always good here. Highly recommended!

This is one of the busiest shoprites in northern New Jersey located in Parsippany New Jersey. It's a huge store and has everything to offer including Kosher foods in the deli. ShopRite in New Jersey is the equivalent to Publix in Florida. ShopRite is considered New Jersey's number one food store. A little tidbit of information Parsippany is where the karate kid was from in that old movie from the eighties The Karate Kid was from before he moved to California with mr. Miyagi

Wanted to give you my latest update - I love shopping at ShopRite. The personnel is wonderful and they are always willing to help. I just had the pleasure of again dealing with Kim (She is always cheerful and willing to help). I called looking for a price on a specific item. She took the time to go out to the entry way and confirm the price for me. I went over to the store and she helped me find the product and all with a wonderful attitude. Vivian at the Customer Service then took the time to confirm I was able to purchase the item at the marked price. Again....kudos to ShopRite for hiring wonderful employees!!! It is a pleasure shopping at the Parsippany store!! Thank you, Kim!

I just would like to commend Sheila at the Customer Service Desk. There are many kind, helpful people at Shop RIte but Sheila is all that plus one of the nicest, friendliest people I have dealt with at Shop Rite. At times I have made a mistake when inquiring about prices and she is always so pleasant and willing to help. Kudos to Shop Rite for having such a great employee. She is the perfect employee to be working at the Customer Service Desk!!!

The best chicken tenders (February 3, 2024) ever: soooo lightly breaded with seasoned flour and fried w no greasiness at all! The best ever and hope i can get them like this more often. I hate heavily battered breaded chicken tenders, and these are soooo lightly n perfectly done!! Best quality and best variety. Unbelievable black & white cookies. Also the best roasted/fully cooked turkey breast, salad greens, fruit, and bakery.

I felt like a kid in a candy store!!! They have everything here!! AMAZING! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand what awesome people working there!! So friendly .....helping with anything and eeverything!!

-up order. I needed to make some alternatives to my order and she asked detailed questions to hep, as well as offered to prioritize on-sale items. Speaking with her completely changed my experience for the better.
