I needed a new battery and David helped me with everything. He removed the old one, put in the new one, and made sure everything was good to go! I’ll definitely be back with that kind of service!

Oscar is a super star! I can’t express how grateful I am for all of his help.
I had battery problems, but my battery was under warranty from another auto parts company.
He tested the battery and alternator to help diagnose the problem.
The other company would replace my battery but would not remove or install it for me.
Oscar removed mine, and once I went to the other store and for the new one, he installed it for me!
He also looked into why I was having these problems and found the answer for me.

I will only used this store for anything I will need for my car in the future. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone that needs something from an auto parts store!

A few months ago, my car was having trouble starting and I suspected it was the battery. Went to Advance Auto and was helped by the nicest associate, Danie! She was so easy going and helpful! (We had a good laugh because she asked if I might be able to move my car closer to the front of the store and my battery was so close to dead, it almost didn't start!) She explained the tests she was doing just to confirm that it was likely the battery and not something more involved and then cheerfully swapped out the battery. She just had a really great personality and made a mildly stressful situation much more pleasant!! Thank you!

My battery was dead and I was certain that I would have to purchase a new one. I took it to Advanced and worked with Avery. He tested my battery and then was able to charge it, saving me from buying a new battery. He was very professional and helpful. I had a great experience working with him.

Good service and knowledgeable people. They didn't have a service I needed so they even recommended another place to get said service. It's obvious that they care about their customers

Josh said he was new but was very helpful and knowledgeable about part and who had it even called around so it wasn't a wasteful trip so thankful to have people like Josh left in the world.

Oscar did a great job. He helped me find the part I was looking for. He even let me use the stores multi meter to test it. Management should definitely buy him lunch.

Was struggling with my wiper blade not moving and the weather was bad outside so I went in and asked if they knew what was going on. Rob not only explained what it could be and how to fix it, but he fixed it for me! While is was 15° outside and he was in shorts. Thank you so much!! Now I can see while driving!!!

My hubby usually shops at the auto stores and I don't. I decided to stop at Advance because they had something online I needed for my vehicle. The associate helped me find it and made sure it was the right one. He even offered to install it for me, which I do appricate. Ever since that I shop here now. Service is always great. I love the friendliness. As for the store, it is neat and clean. There are good sales, just be sure you check out the ads.
