Brandie is my new best friend! After getting 8 samples of paint and 2 gallons from Lowes I went to Sherwin for advice. As a photographer I understand light theory but the paint colors look different in each room. She listened to our goals of finding a white that won't look yellow or purple and go with our flooring and trim. She gave me advice on hardware and I can't wait to bring her a photo of her design work. In a month because our whole house needs rehab! And she also helped me make paint $ decisions on where to spend more and when to spend less. #grateful

I've never experienced such great customer service. Everybody so friendly and so knowledgeable. I particularly use this location because of a young man named Tyler. Painting is hard enough much less figuring out which product to use or sheen. If you haven't gone to the store yet please try them out they are the best.

They were understaffed for a Sunday at a home improvement store, and yet Katielynn took great care of us: made sure we got all the colors we needed and gave us great recommendations on finishes. Very friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back because of that.

Yes, we had to wait a little, but it didn't bother us since we had other errands to run and came back for our order ready to pick up. It's not the staff fault that they had lots of customers and just two associates to handle all that. If anything I would recommend rethinking the staffing over weekends, since it's usually the busiest time for any retail store on this industry.

All the employees were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Brandi knew exactly how to help me figure out the color and type of paint I needed and I’m pretty particular about my paint colors. Queen Elsa and I will definitely be back😘

Great customer service and a great product. Always amazed at how a newly painted room does not have that make you sick reeking paint smell. It might be on the pricier side but the quality and good coverage pays back 10 fold!

The employees at the Sherwin-Williams (on Tutt) are awesome! They are friendly, very attentive and very helpful! They are willing to answer any/all questions to help you with your painting solutions. The selection of painting accessories/tools is also super! I will definitely visit this Sherwin-Williams store again in the future.

Super fast service. It’s nice talking to people who actually now about paints and how different color shades will look with the color palette of your home. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Fast, friendly staff. They know their paint, unlike the uncertainty we get when visiting the big box stores. We went back for years later to get a quart of touch up paint. They pulled is up in the system and mixed an exact match. Once the paint dries, you will never noticed the touch up spots.

Fantastic experience at this store! We had a color picked out, but then found a $5 gallon can of mistint (it was ordinarily a $60 can of exterior latex, the high dollar stuff) which was reasonably close to the color we wanted. We were prepared to leave with that color, but the girl at the counter offered to add some black in an attempt to make the color darker, and closer to what we were after. It did darken it some, but not appreciably, so she tried it a couple more times, adding color each time. We would have been happy with the paint as it was, but was extremely grateful that she went out of her way to make this an even better experience for us. She easily spent over $5 of her time on a $5 can of paint, and I will gladly go back for all my paint needs because of this exceptional service.

The paint performed excellent (as a $60 gallon of paint should), but so did the cheaper $22.00 gallon of exterior latex (the cheapest they offer) that we also bought. The paint looks great, is easy to apply and dries fast, is durable and covers well.

I'm usually a cheapskate, and pinch every penny. You might save $4 a gallon or so by buying at Walmart or some other big-box store, but IMO, there's value in the service they offer and their paints can't be beat. They often have 30% off sales & coupons, plus if you open a contractor account, you save money off every purchase. Extremely pleased with these folks, and will be back.

I first made 5 different trips to Home Depot to get color samples, tested on my wall each time and felt frustrated because I didn't like any of them, didn't know what to choose and felt I had wasted money. They don't have assistance that I needed to recommend colors to redo my living room. I visited Sherwin Williams & learned I could make an appointment with a color consultant when you buy their products! What an awesome idea! They made it easy to determine colors to use. Amanda at the Tutt store Co Spgs helped me pick out colors & then Jean from the Dublin/Academy store Co Spgs came to my home for a color consult visit. Both were extremely helpful & detailed! I trusted Jean's opinion, bought the paint without sampling, began painting and absolutely love it! I'm so happy I made the decision to go with Sherwin Williams. I didn't know they offered this kind of service but will never go elsewhere for paint. I'm telling everyone about the wonderful experience and service! Thank you for making my painting an easier project!

Sherwin Williams is known for its paint quality. The people at the store are personable and will help you out with your project and questions. They will carry the paint to the car which is very helpful. They honor their discounts and aren't trying to get out of them.

The guys here at SW are fantastic. I came a few minutes before close today and they got slammed and kept a great attitude throughout the whole thing. Will definitely be back! :)
