Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I mean who doesn't like Red Robin, classic and dependable. The food is consistently good. Servers were attentive and kept the bottomless drinks and fries flowing. My only "complaint" is that we really don't need plexiglass between booths, had a 2 year old just staring at us the entire dinner which was creepy.

Great food. Excellent service. Even one of the managers named George checked in on us and was kind enough to help us change the channel on the TV so that we could watch the end of the Air Force game! Will definitely come back!

Our server was amazing! FAST AND FRIENDLY! He was quick to answer questions and quick to get refills! Food was amazing! Guacamole burger was a definite recommended food to eat. The kids corn dogs were a bit over crispy. Cooked to long. Atmosphere was quiet as we went after lunch hour and before dinner hour.

It’s amazing they served us fast. The food was hot. It was very delicious our waitress. Super nice I recommend this place people visiting Colorado or even people that live here!!! Great food !!! Thank you Rick .👍

Back again and as usual this location never disappoints! Service was quick and made sure everything was filled up, the food was spot on and delicious and of course the restaurant was clean. Thank you for a fantastic birthday dinner! 🙂

I'm a regular here I often go about three times a month. The service in the atmosphere are usually even better. If you stick with the tavern double there is no way that you can beat that value with today's prices for a sit-down. Seriously McDonald's is charging this price for the same amount of meat slapped down on a poor quality burger. Never really had an issue with them it's always been pretty good keep up the good work and keep those prices down!

Always like the burgers and various options to choose from. The food is pretty good with decent portion sizes no matter what you order. My only gripe is that it was difficult to hear and talk as the music and televisions made it a bit trying to order. Overall, it is a good place to grab something to eat. M

I had the love burger. So delicious. Wish I could give our server six stars. She helped us purchase special gift cards for Christmas gifts and made sure we got the ones with the extra benefits like free appetizers during January to April.

Sage is amazing!!!! We came in because we had a gift card and decided it's just some place we need to go more often she is so sweet and polite very attentive and helpful and so fast.... she has gone above and beyond for us from basic service to smiles and helping with our gift card issues and suggestions! Please cherish her red robin!!! Haven't had this amazing of service in years it feels!!!1

Tom the Bartender was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and kept our space very clean while providing top notch service. You don’t see Bartenders like this anymore! On top of all this he was extremely friendly and made for an over all amazing experience, this is not something I expect from a chain restaurant but very glad to see Red Robin has employees like him to make for a awesome experience.

Had the mozzarella twists to start off with, they were nice and stringy and just perfect with the marinara sauce. We had also gotten strawberry lemonades which were just delicious. Main entrees were scorpion burgers, I got mine medium, my friend visiting from Minnesota got his well done. We both finished our plates! I would recommend Red Robin to anyone, especially for a perfectly balanced spicy burger.

We had a gift that was not working right and the manager took the time to call the number on our card and get the problem worked out. We will be going to this location every time we are hungry for burgers. They go above and beyond normal service expectations. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Clean, friendly employees and you almost always get exactly what you ordered. The burgers are fantastic. They have bottomless fries and will even bring you some to snack on before your meal comes out, if you ask. They're usually busy but worth the wait.

Had an issue that they fixed right away. Very nice workers. Kids loved their food. Endless sides are always amazing.

It has been a long time since I really enjoyed a meal at Red Robin. Our meal was spot on, the food was perfectly prepared the service was top notch.

Let me start this off with the positive of my experience. The server I had rocked it. She was kind, caring and on point. My start to visit was not good. The hostess was unprofessional and down right RUDE and spiteful. I asked for booth and he immediately got annoyed. He told me they had no booths. At 4:10 PM the restaurant was visibly available. And for whatever reason my request pissed him off he proceeded to tell me there was none. I was admit about it cause I have two smaller boys and it’s just easier. As former server myself I asked if it was due to lack of severs in those sections and he said we don’t have any available. I knew he was just ticked off so I said okay then I would like to wait for one to be available. He placed me on a wait and sat everyone who came in after me including at least 2 other families in booths who came in after me while having me on the waitlist. I believe it was a manager who saw us waiting and asked if we had been helped and the rude little guy said yes I was about to seat them. So we got taken back. If it wasn’t for that man we would have waited the full 30 mins or more . I told the server about my experience and she apologized and told management on my behalf. And the manager was very respectful and understanding of my feelings on the matter. He too apologized and even discounted my bill. The server checked on us often and was extremely kind and caring. She even accidentally rang in cheese burgers for my boys instead of hamburgers but worked to get fixed quickly and showed concern for the mix up. Moral of the whole story is if I hadn’t been a server in the past the actions of the host could have clouded my judgement and understanding of the restaurants overall service. One bad apple doesn’t mean the whole bunch is ruined. So to the staff that showed my family compassion and kindness props to you. My server got a high tip for her effort in making my experience better. And hopefully the person causing the problem is at least talked to about his actions. He doesn’t have a true customer service attitude and more of that high school bully. But in the end I had good food, and great server and overall would recommend this location. Also the boneless wings Island Heat are phenomenal full of flavor.

Natalie somehow is always our waitress and does an amazing job every time,and the food is always cooked great hot fast and they have excellent team work going on ✌🏽✌🏽

The place got crazy busy just as we ordered, but the food still came out in decent time and tasted very good. The waitress was overwhelmed but kept her composure and took good care of us.
