Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had an emergency situation and working with Roto-Rooter was fantastic from start to finish. I scheduled on their website and received confirmation right away. Joshua came out, in the freezing cold on a Saturday morning, to check things out. He explained everything really well and got my approval before starting work. He also scheduled to have another person come out the same day to check the sewer lines for cracks and other issues. Bobby showed up, explained what he was going to do and then sent me a copy of the video when he was done. They were both great, did what they said they were going to do, and were completely professional. Thanks very much to Joshua and Bobby!

We called due to a blockage and within a few hours Treshon showed up and was kind and courteous from the start. He knew exactly what was going on with my poor explanation, and even did a scope of our front yard to help potentially diagnose before he even came in the house. He was communicative and clear at every step and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. I was very impressed with how kind and efficient he was during our appointment. This was our first experience with Roto-Rooter and because of Treshon it was a great one.

We called Roto-Rooter due to a leaky sink we found in one of our bathrooms. We were not sure how long it would take for someone to show up due to this being on a weekend, but we were told someone would be out in a couple of hours. Cam and Ryan were the plumbers that showed up and they were absolutely amazing. They were very fast and efficient, even with needing to make multiple trips to the hardware store due to ultimately needing to replace the sink. Cam and Ryan were extremely professional and courteous and I would highly recommend using them and Roto-Rooter in the future.

After using a plumbing service through our home warranty and being horrified by the service. We were so pleased when Devin arrived and was so professional and kind. He fixed the problem fast and the next day Bobby came out for a follow up. Also a awesome person!! Such great service and professionalism. Thank you both!!

The plumber that agreeded to come to our house on a Sunday afternoon, Devin, was fantastic. He fixed my kitchen sink and the downstairs bathroom tub that was clogged. Roto Rooter is not cheap if fact rather expensive, but I can't complain about the service.

We had a toilet overflow issue over the weekend, and Roto-Rooter was out here within the hour. Treshon was great, helpful, and so polite. There is work yet to be done, but they are taking care of us in great fashion.

I had Tiger from Roto Rooter come out to unclog my main drain valve. He was there within the hour and took care of everything quick and professionally. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained in detail. Tiger did a great job and we will definitely call upon him again if we have any other plumbing issues.

You can just tell when someone is just doing their job vs when someone genuinely wants to help and Michael is the kind of person to proactively problem solve. He was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I was blown away with how quick he was able to respond and show up. He’s super accommodating, trustworthy and efficient. I’ll definitely be going back to rotorooter again!

Treshon was our technician. He was polite and professional. If I had any questions he answered them. I liked how there hours are flexible, not 9 to 5. Treshon was able to fix the problem. I would recommend the company and Treshon to anyone. Thank you.

Woke up to a totally preventable, hindsight 20/20, backed up kitchen sink. After 2 hours of DIY trying, I called a few places. No one had availability but this company had a window of service within 30 minutes. Colton arrived about an hour later and spent 3 hours diligently working on the drain. He ensured that it was clear and even had called a second person out with a camera to check and make sure no other issues were lurking. With a 6 month warranty, the price was worth it.

I called when our drains were backing up. Although there was a miscommunication about the time frame they were coming. They called me when I didn't come to the door and when I explained the situation the technician was nice enough to wait until I got there. Isaiah was so professional and incredibly nice, he was knowledgeable and didn't come off as a 'salesman'. He was thorough in making sure everything he could do would be done while he was there, and made sure to explain to me the price beforehand. The price was more than reasonable and made sure that I was aware of the warranties and answered all my questions. This kind of customer service makes times like these being a homeowner less stressful.

We received excellent service down here at our place in Springs. Treshon was very informative and helpful with answering our questions. We got a service later in the night and it met our expectations incredibly. Definitely recommend Treshon or this company for any plumbing services!

Keaton has been very helpful in stressful times. No one ever wants to have to call a plumber, but I've always appreciated when we do that Keaton has been professional and thoughtful. He cares about the customer and is great about explaining and teaching to the lay person! Very grateful for his services.

I had a pilot light out for two days (my fault). The service tech, John U., came out and took really good care of us. He was very personable and professional. He opened up the front panel and noticed that a sensor wasn't pushed in all the way. He pushed it back in and started up the water heater. I was shocked that he didn't bill us. The last company we had charged us $200 just to look at it. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future and hopefully we get John again.
