Red Lobster

My family hasn't been here for years!! Finally decided to treat ourselves and everything was amazing. The food was delicious I couldn't stop eating those buttery biscuits and the staff was nice and welcoming! We expected to pay a pretty penny since everything has gone up in price, but it was worth it! We had Lindsey for a waitress, she went above and beyond! Thank you Lindsey for making our visit amazing! We will definitely be back and recommend everyone!

We went here over the weekend for the 1st time in a while. I was impressed! Service was excellent, prices/portions were good and food was yummy.

We go a couple times a year for endless shrimp + our last visit at the Academy location took 15 mins between each shrimp plate, it was super disappointing. So THANK YOU powers location for putting our next shrimp order in each time we got a new plate. We had a family of 5 to feed so our bill was expensive but the service made it worth it ! Our waitress was really on top of it + I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name (blonde + colored hair/ we were in a booth in the bar area last night). It was hot + fresh + we left full and happy !

Today me and my babe are celebrating our 22 year anniversary together. We decided to have lunch here well because the food is good and service is always great. When Ms. Georgie found out she was so sweet and happy for us she treated us like family and a sweet ice-cream treat. Thank you for being so wonderful to us. Also thanks to Teddy for being a great waiter. 💛

Delicious food and drinks! Arrived right at dinner time and was seated immediately. Waiter was very nice and checked in often to make sure we were taken care of. Our dinner was made quickly and was cooked to perfection. My kids really enjoy this restaurant and we will be returning again.

What an incredible server Sonia was tonight. She was prompt, friendly and very conversational. Our food was delicious.

Everything was amazing! All the people that worked there that we talked to were very kind and helpful. Rietta was our server. She went above and beyond! She made sure that all of our needs were met. Our waters were never empty, our food came out quick. She had great suggestions on what to order and checked in a perfect amount after we got our food. It’s easy to split the check at the end too with the machine. Very nice. I’ll be back asap. The side of bacon mac and cheese is perfect for a little snack.

This weekend, we went here to celebrate my mom's birthday, and she had recently passed away. I can not explain the kindness the staff showed us. I called ahead to see if we could make reservations (we were a party of 10) . Not only did they accommodate us, but they made our day. When we got there the manager had got us flowers and the whole staff had signed a sympathy card. It was a hard day to begin with, but knowing that there are still good people in the world helped a lot. Thank you so much.

Even though Red Lobster is a franchised restaurant, we are always pleased with the service and quality of their staff and food.

Today, I took my daughter on a lunch date. She had the Admiral's feast with Orzo Rice and Broccoli, and I had the Crabfest meal of 1 lb of Bairdi crab in Garclic Butter with a house salad.

I've never had Bairdi crab before today, and it was absolutely amazing! It is sweeter and has more meat than Snow crab. Definite choice if I find Bairdi crab again!

This Red Lobster has good customer service. My daughter got the lobster with orange slices and mashed potatoes. I had the blackened salmon, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. Food did not take very long considering the lobster was ordered. The price was decent. I regret not getting dessert. 🍨

The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! The wait was a little long but worth the wait once it came out. I absolutely recommend the Crab/Shrimp Wontons, the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Lobster Stuffed Baked Potato it'll have you wanting to go back for more like me! So delicious! The waitress we had was Hannah and she was very friendly and kept up on our drinks without us even realizing they were getting empty. We'll definitely be back!

I have never done a review on restaurants.
I have to give Center Point in Colorado Springs a 10. The customer service was great, the food was fresh and delicious. It was my grandson bday he ordered the roasted garlic crabs 🦀 , I did as well. Hats off to the chef and the General Manger. Keep up the great work. I eat here every Friday. 😊

Me and my honey love love LOVE this location! We have never had a bad experience and when they started adding oysters on the half shell it was a wrap. My husband is a native to New Orleans and so this was a brilliant choice that is one of our favorites! I hope they stick around!!!

Great experience with gluten free and family friendly options! There was a really good variety on the kids menu, and we got popcorn shrimp. He loved it so much we got a second one!
I got snow crab off the gluten free menu with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The sangria was also mine and definitely worth getting again!

Staff was friendly, attentive.
Angela was quick & caring. Food was delicious. Cheesy biscuits outstanding.

One word I have to say, great customer service(that's three, but you know what I mean, anyway...) David was freaking awesome and made not on the service better, but food absolutely amazing!(even though he was our waiter) as much it was packed during lunch, he did very well on service and getting out food out in great timing. When I go to restaurants, I go for food but the customer service is king. In which, he gave. The pics below was when I got my food before touching it for great presenation(so people won't complain that it looks horrible or bad, I'm doing a review here so I'm being professional.😃).

It’s was my moms turn to pick and pay this weekend for our mother daughter weekly luncheon.

She text me the night before that she wants to go to Red Lobster. I immediately craved their cheddar biscuits agreed and couldn’t wait to go. I asked my mom what brought up Red Lobster and she said: “I saw their commercial”.

To be fair her and I both admitted we did not think it was going to be as good as it was… and we are both I agreeance that this has by far been our best meal out so far!

We were so incredibly impressed with the service, the delicious meal, and the portion was perfect for us to share.

My mom was very adamant that she would be “coming back”, also implied was, “next weekend”. (Not gonna happen kinda an unspoken rule - we eat somewhere different every weekend).

The cheddar biscuits were good, not exactly as I remembered them but full of flavor and warm.

We ordered a big and bigger margarita. They were delicious.

We decided to share the Steak and Blackened Salmon with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts.

I am a HUGE fan of Brussels sprouts and these had to have been some of the best. They were so crisp and ever so slightly charred, the taste of the sauce used on them was such a great compliment.

The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were also very tasty, another favorite of mine from our meal today.

The Blackened Salmon was delicious, moist.

The Steak was good. I’ll admit I liked it better with A1.

We were stuffed after sharing this meal.

But I could not resist their Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. My mom and I made an attempt at splitting one and couldn’t finish. It was also very good, and hit the spot.

We were promptly greeted by a friendly young lady when we arrived. And our waiter DaShawn was prompt in greeting the table and checking in with us throughout our meal. He was friendly and personable, I quite enjoyed how he asked if we were out on a girls lunch or something along those lines, engaging himself with his customers. He did a great job!

I wish I could leave a complete 5 star review. Unfortunately this last visit I was pretty disappointed in the garlic shrimp. It was very dry like it had been sitting there for a while. I will say that the waitress was awesome and got me another order. That was appreciated very much. Yet I was still disappointed in the replacement. Will go back and try again one day.

Last night on Christmas was slammed!!! The restaurant was short staff members and yet we still had to excellent service. In fact, the general manager herself was our waitress. I have not such a display in leadership in several years. Thank you for the food and thank you for the example you showed my children.
