Every time I go there they have exactly what I need. Anything related to flags and if they can't get it you don't need it.

Worked very hard at creating my order. Very courteous & knowledgeable. Loved my finished product.

Sweet !!! Ordered this US and Marine Corps flag in honor of my husband, Colonel Darrel Koerber, USMCR. He was so surprised. Called last week , installed this week. Has a solar light. Bonus. What a great store. I just called. They knew my husband needed the official marine corp flag. They ordered the site eval with the utilities. So easy. Wish I had done this 4 years ago. Looks great. Love it !!

They have an incredible collection of US, international, state, and local flags in all sizes and materials. Sports and collegiate banners as well! And with free quotes they can make custom flags based on your own designs. The Flag Lady really is a one stop shop!

Came in to get a Michigan flag and pole "as cheap as possible" for a prank on a friend whose house I was watching. He was not happy to see a Michigan flag waving on his house from his Ring door bell camera. I was happy I got the items here as she gave me a good deal; best 10 dollars I spent in awhile. Very nice lady and a nice establishment!

Awesome place with awesome poeple! I have purchased flag poles for each of my homes from here and countless flags. Whatever flag you are looking for they have and they have it in whatever size and style you want. If they don't have exactly what you want they will make it for you. The owner and the employees are true Patriots selling American made products. It's a 40 minute drive for me to get there and cost a little more than the junk you can find online but they have my business forever.

I was having trouble telling what to order from the website and I'm so glad that I went in person! The staff was super helpful in finding me the right sized pleated bunting for my porch and a gorgeous state of Ohio flag. I didn't catch his name, but he really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, down to the right sized flag pole. Highly recommend!

What can I say. The premier establishment for flags and accessories. They helped me to find a new Old Glory and flagpole for a housewarming gift for a new condo owner which met the HOA's strick guidelines. Also assembled everything and then gave a discount for being a veteran of the Marine Corps. Not just flags too. All kinds of unique patriotic items, and a great selection of sports fan gifts.

Just want to take the time to thank Dakota and Rianna for their EXCELLENT A++ service and making sure we got our products on time.
Our company ordered 2 flags, pole and base for an upcoming event. We were told 7-10 business days and ordered the products 3 weeks ahead of the event. A week before the event we still had not gotten the product so i called just to make sure they would arrive on time. The base was coming from a third party vendor and on back order. But both Dakota and Rianna called the vendor and made sure they shipped out the base next day along with the flags and poles. Although I was a bit skeptical at first that it would'nt arrive the next day, to my surprise it was here the next day early in the morning! The products were of great quality and easy to assemble. But the best part was Dakota and Rianna and their top notch service. They promised to stay on top of it and they delivered! Thank you!!!!

This is a great store for a custom flag. I want to give my father en-law a birthday present that I could not find in the USA or online. It was a English soccer team "Bristol City" flag in the matter of a couple days they were able to make me one for a great gift, Thanks.

Staff was friendly and helpful and added a grommet to an OSU flag so we can attach it to our fence instead of flying on flagpole. It's a busy place loaded with great ways to show your spirit!
