After having no luck at the Route 22 location in Union on two separate occasions, we chose to go to the Edison location (Inman Ave.) which was highly recommended by our daughter. We were greeted and attended to immediately by Randy. He was most helpful and answered all of our questions. He is highly knowledgeable and competent in his job. I highly recommend this Verizon dealer!

I had a great experience at this store where Pritpal who attended on me was very efficient and took care of our needs very well. We got two phones upgraded. I would highly recommend this store.

The man who helped my father and I on saturday was very patient and professional. He did a great job getting our phones set up. But I did find it abit strange there was only one employee especially during this time of year. Should have been two people at the very least? Still, everything went smoothly and I have no complains.

I was in rush ro buy phone but was told to hold for couple of weeks so that they can help me with good deal.
In todays world not many care for a customer. So, I am a repeat customer to them and strongly endorse them for your cell phone needs.
They did not force selling me any accessories .

This is the local Vz franchise for my neighborhood. I spoke with Sonny and Ricky who were very helpful in my dealing with the corporation (which is Verizon) on a more down -to-earth, personal level. I unfortunately switched to AT&T after some frustration with billing and service by Verizon at large, but (lessons learned) will be undoubtedly switching back to Vz in 23 months once my AT&T contract expires. I don't know about all areas, but in our neighborhood...AT&T cell service IS what Vz WAS over a decade ago. I wish I never switched.

I went to the Inman Grove Shopping Center Verizon , and there is absolutely no words to express, not only their understanding and kindness, but also their willingness to go the extra mile. I’m not a big fan of cell phones, but I’m certainly a big fan of them they make it bearable. There is no better.
