Big Lots

Last week was my first time in Big Lots. After a 3rd visit hoping to buy the kitchen pantry. I finally got it. Each visit the entire staff was wonderful. Navada, furniture manager, ROCKS! I'll be back for the white arch mirror. Thank you all for the great customer service. I was impressed.

Even with the craziness of the holiday sales, This store remained immaculate. I have been three times in the last week to add more decorations to my home. Every single time I have gone I have been kindly greeted by a team member.. Today, there was a lady in the back organizing what is left of the Christmas decor and even though her hands were obviously super full she stopped to have small talk with me and guide me to what was left of the sales.. She noticed I grabbed an item and without me even asking she went to grab her scanner to confirm the cost… my house looks like I spent a fortune on decorations!! Everything is so beautiful!! Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience:)

Some really good stuff for low prices

Plenty of parking. The store was very clean and it has expanded to looks like twice the original size. The staff I spoke with where very knowledgeable about where items where located. Shelves seemed very full with very few empty spaces.

The newly renovated Big Lots since Hurricane Ida seems to have more square footage. Store is laid out nicely.

Very much improved store. Well stocked friendly staff. Great prices. Very clean and orderly. Much better. I enjoyed my shopping there

This store is not the biggest Big Lots store but it's not the smallest. It does have a lot of nice items. You can spend some time in here just looking at all the different things they sell.

Nice clean store, large selection. Found what I went there for plus a couple of extra finds. Cashier was friendly and genuine.

Great prices & huge assortment of goods not found in other stores

OMG we love big lots so much its so convenient and inexpensive they have everything we need and love we truly love big lots so much I've been shopping there since I was little. Big lots we love it so good there!!!
