Decent Target location. Most complaints are about time spent in the store. Do yourself a favor and order ahead. I typically choose the drive-up option. 100% hassle-free, and the product gets delivered to you sitting in the car. Love it

Always had great experience shopping there.
It’s close to other stores such as T J max, Ross, GAP etc which makes shopping experience great!

The overall store experience was great. But unfortunately found very less brand variety in beauty products. Additionally, the brands where L’Oréal was placed was a bit unkept. Some of the lipstick seems to be used.

Went shopping for a couple of items. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find an item so I asked an employee who showed me where it was. Thanks Target 🎯 for the help. I would give you 10 stars ✨ if I could. My name is MARY.

Always very clean and friendly staff. Great trendy products. Good cosmetics dept. but do run out of some brands. I Just love going to target to buy the necessities or to just walk around when I am bored

Love target, especially like their grocery items, always very fresh and good value compared to the supermarkets , generally I doordash through them and it works out wonderfully.

Awesome target store. Great location and super convenient. The selection is fantastic and the store itself is very cleanly and neatly laid out. Wide selection of items and there are great bargins for good quality. I didn't really interact with the staff but they seemed approachable and friendly.

I would like to give a grateful thank you to the gentleman overseeing the self check out at almost 8:30pm today. He assisted me with kindly getting my son to give him a school bus my son wanted to take home (but he already has two at home!) my son is a toddler with ASD and removing the bus prior to checkout from my sons arms would have resulted in a full meltdown. Fortunately with this gentleman’s assistance I was able to whisk my son out the door sans bus successfully.

I went to West Gate Target around 10AM today to return two unfit area rugs which I ordered online. No one in front of us yet. The lady at the return services was super nice and friendly. She helped me to navigate the return products information on my mobile app and scanned the bar code from the mobile app. We finished up the process less than 5 minutes.

I like shopping in Target, because I can return the items easily if they are not fit to me.

Good store where you get quality items when compared to other department stores..

Always a delightful shopping experience - even for someone that can't stand shopping. Target's app integration is an absolute godsend. Find something in the app, see it's available, see what aisle it's in, see WHERE that aisle is, grab it. Bezos still can't top instant gratification.

Spacious and very organized. Loved shopping here and found some items in the dollar station I’ve been looking for for a while! Finally, scored today.

This Target is awesome. It's a lot bigger than your average Target.

We ate dinner in the shopping plaza and stopped here after to pick up some snacks.

They have a better selection of snacks than any grocery store I've been to. They had everything we wanted but with new flavor options we haven't seen anywhere else.

They have self check out which I always love.

Friendly service. Knowledgable staff.
Target has its pros and cons, but overall, I am happy and keep returning to this store. Especially because of the great CVS pharmacy inside. There is a stand alone CVS across the street but I find their service and knowledge much lacking than the Target location. Great pharmacy, friendly sales staff, and convenient self checkout counters. My go to Target store!

I went into the store today and I worked with Alexa to solve a problem I was dealing with. She was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. She provided great recommendations, and I watched her diffuse a customer who refused to wear a mask. The customer was extremely demeaning and was yelling at her. She kept her cool (even when she didn’t have to) and was wonderful. Any organization would be lucky to have her!

Ordered online late at night, and as promised the item was ready the next day. When I went there, the pick-up counter was busy, but I did not need to wait long and the employees there seemed friendly and diligent.

I would like to thank your company personally for the great customer service I received from your cashier, Adam S. He mentioned that he just started working for your company and I thought it was important to leave this review based on my experience. After a long day shopping and dealing with massive crowds, It was a Pleasure to deal with his service. I can honestly say that his service is the reason I will make the extra drive to this location in the future.

I have to say that Zach in the TV/Tech area of the store is extremely knowledgeable about any of the products in that part of the store. He is also very interested in taking care of whatever you are looking for, as well. And, if you have been there before and talked to Zach, he will remember you and what you were looking for. He is most definitely a prime example of a person who has excellent customer service skills.

I went shopping for my nieces for Xmas here. I found everything I was looking for and I save some money too. Awesome! Everyone who works here are nice, polite, and very helpful. Good job guys!!!
