Annie was awesome! I had two Amazon returns. One went to UPS and the other went to Staple which is not close. Annie helped cancel the return and redo it so that I could return both packages at UPS and saved me a huge hassle. Both employees were easy to talk to and very helpful. Thank you!

Wow! Just dropped off about 8 massive boxes to be shipped just days before Christmas. I wasn’t expecting my packages to be delivered until after the new year. But the ladies working there was so awesome and nice and told me they would be delivered by December 23rd. They quickly measured & taped my boxes and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes, can’t beat the price either. Great Job UPS!

I needed some assistance from this particular UPS Store, and they were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I know I spoke to the owner once and two other employees and every time they went out of their way to help me.
