Alexis is awesome to deal with! We were upgrading old iPhones and combing accounts and she was multitasking in lightning speed. Kudos to her, give that girl a raise💵💰🤑

The store was not busy. Someone helped me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She even hooked me up with a discount after reviewing my account. I had no idea teachers got a discount at Verizon! Awesome! This is totally my new Verizon spot! It should probably be yours too.

5 Star Service! Alexis helped us set up a new account & phone AND even established a new phone fir my son - 1,200 miles away at his local Verizon store, she was a tremendous help, even stayed after official store hours to finalize everything and ensured all was working properly. A lifesaver!!

Our account got messed up on the back end by the Verizon system but Chel was amazing and went above and beyond to help us through the problem over the course of several days. Best personal experience I've had even if the whole problem with the system was exasperating.

Outstanding customer service. The young lady that helped us set up our new iphone 15 Pro was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She humg in there untill all our questions were answered, our old phone was copied to the new phone, and the new phone was working ... all while explaining the nuances of the iPhone 15 Pro
... and took the time to install our new phone accesories as well. She said she has only been working at the Maple St store a month or so, but she is an old pro.

Alexis at the Washington Square Verizon store was fabulous! She was awesome and friendly! She took the time to look for deals to save on my bill, was knowledgeable about the products, and patient with answering our questions! She transferred all the data to the new phone and made sure everything was correct and nothing was missing! Alexis’ customer service skills were above par! Thank you for a positive experience!!

I went to this store to fix my account. Alexis was extremely helpful. She greeted me right away and I did not have to wait! She helped me cancel things that I did not need on my plan. She even called the tech support instead of just sending me away to do it myself! I highly recommend going here if you need help with anything. I had a much better experience here then the main Verizon store on Dressler.
