The people who work here are so sweet and helpful, I especially adored Helen! There are tons of options to choose from and I was even offered a free sample. Fairly priced, clean and a great atmosphere; what more could you ask for!? Don’t forget to stop for photos at the giant chair!

I came here with my sisters-in-law on Black Friday, and it was amazing! We got free samples of chocolates to try, which were so yummy. They had amazing deals and the staff were all so helpful. The store was decorated for the season and we got a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus! We got snack-sized S’more Bites from Santa. We got a boatload of delicious, high-quality chocolate at a great price! We will definitely come back!

My husband and I stopped in this morning for a date, and we loved it. I wish I could remember the lovely woman's name who helped us. She was an absolute gem. So kind, knowledgeable, and happy. She honestly made my day with her warm welcoming demeanor, and I really hope she sees this!

We loved the free tour. It was nice to learn about the history and process of making chocolate. There were a few fun photo ops along the way. Our tour guide Jane was super welcoming and full of information! Helen in the retail shop was super sweet (no pun intended lol) and very helpful. The chocolate was yummy and fairly priced. 10/10 recommend the mint melt aways!

We come here every couple of months and it's no different from before. The ladies are super sweet and always offer samples and make you feel valued. Please keep hiring people that care about what they do even if it's just a candy store. Sometimes their smiles and sincerity can change peoples day.

Wonderful little tour that’s free! You’re supposed to call & make a reservation (11-3, every hour on the hour.) All of the staff were wonderful & Jane was an amazing tour guide!

On December 10, 2024, I had the pleasure of taking a FREE tour of Fannie May Chocolates. Our tour guide, Jane, was knowledgeable and informative, hitting all of the highlights and history of the company. After viewing a short film, we were led through corridors that opened up to glass enclosed viewing areas that made me feel as though we were at Willy Wonka's chocolate factory! Do not miss out on this fabulous tour and make sure to stop by the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum while in Canton.

Free tour ? Absolutely! Very cool and informative. Gift shoppe was awesome and affordable too. Great adventure for a family day trip

We have gone by many times, glad we stopped in! What a fun tour! The people that work there are great and smile alot! Lots of good smelling and tasting chocolate. The history is very interesting here. They have an 8 minute video with chocolate samples of course and a surprise at the end of the tour! Great sale on chocolate! Yum!!

The fact that they do a free 45 minute tour blows my mind!! You get two free chocolates on the tour as well and their sales are amazing!

The tour was worth it and the chocolates are very good. They don't allow pictures during the tour. But you can take them of the outside areas and giftshop.

No tours on the weekends but got lots and lots of free samples!!!

This was a fun stop! Very nice tour of the chocolate factory where you can see the process of making the candies. Samples along the tour and a very nice shop to buy some for home.

They offer free tours and give out plenty of samples. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are fair - the on site store is open to the public.

Very nice candy shop in West Virginia. Everyone was super nice, and their candy was delicious!

Offers factory tours with a reservation. Informative guide. Was above the factory floor watching production. Only see a portion of the factory but it was enough. End up in a gift shop where you can buy individual pieces of candy or boxes. Was giving a sampler piece of chocolate.

My mom and I always visited this place for chocolates when I was little and my F.S.G.S. WAS Bad. We still stop on occasions when I go up for visits with my specialist at akron kidney hospital. This is also the place where Opera gets her chocolates as well...Gotta say, That woman definitely has good taste.

Fun tour is great for families. We came with a number of kids and the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time. The chocolate is great too!

Delicious chocolates! They let you sample any kind you want without the look of you had enough like some places do ! They actually encourage it! lol usually after five different kinds I’m buying a box of chocolates never a disappointment there!
