Giant Eagle Supermarket

They usually have everything I need. I appreciate the fact that they keep the store very clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and is good at helping customers locate items.

There is a new self checkout area next to the entrance of the store, as well as a system that lets you add items as you shop (similar to Sam's Club Scan and Go). Produce is pretty fresh and there are deals to be had if you look. There's a small cafe area to eat and the smell of fried/rotisserie chicken is always pleasant.

Love this supermarket. Found absolutely everything I was looking for. Neat, clean, very helpful employees. Great selection of food and vegetables. You guys rock!

I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday party. When I went to pick the cake up the guy in the bakery could not find it. After a few minutes of searching he eventually found an order form. The issue was that someone wrote the correct date but incorrect say if the week on it and placed it in the wrong days orders.
He apologized and assured me the manager would come and take care of this. The manager was very apologetic and asked when the party was. The party was an hour and a half from this time. She called a cake decorator in on her off day, they got the cake made, delivered to my house and didn't even charge me for the cake. My daughter was so thrilled to have her unicorn and mermaid cake for her birthday. They truly went above and beyond. They exemplified what customer service is. I'm am so grateful for that sweet manager!!

Washington Giant eagle is one of the better supermarkets in this area.
Always much more classy than other places I feel.
And I do like to hear they keep it that way.

Washington square has a massive selection of beers and wines. Great to pick up anything you need.

Im not from the area and blindly ordered a cake for my friends birthday with just a rough idea of a theme. Jackie freaking ran with it and dominated. Her decorating skills could be in a private bakery. 10/10 Ask for Jackie.

We come here quite often and have never had a disappointing experience. This Giant Eagle is definitely my preferred location over a few other nearby ones. The staff had always been kind and helpful, and has been a lot of the same people over the past few years. So I would guess management is great as the staff are staying. Store is always clean, and if not then. someone is already on their way to fix it. Bakery is great and I’m always impressed by the ease of navigating the store even when busy. I will say that it would be wonderful if you considered replacing your current child/car carts. They are a BOAT to maneuver through the store and nearly impossible when it is busy. My kid knows that when we are at this store, she doesn’t get to “drive”, because mommy can’t handle it. Otherwise, love it here!

This is my go to place to buy my groceries and fun stuff. They have cleaned up the store. Great wine selection, great beer selection, and if you want a cool cocktail while sitting under s tree for shade you'll find what you want.

A young Giant Eagle employee named Davis was very helpful with finding what I was looking for this morning. It looked like the item was out, but Davis got on the floor and reached to find me a bag. The employees at thisGiant Eagle is was of the man reasons I keep coming back.

Staff went out of their way to help with some flowers and made getting a few other items easy as can be......... I'm from out of town but would visit this store again for any basic needs

I've been shopping here for years, the employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of what I buy, rarely do I have to go elsewhere to get what I need. I love their produce, bakery, and wine section.

Love this store. You can find almost any type of ingredient you are looking for that new recipe.

I enjoy shopping at Giant Eagle. I know where everything is. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. Some say it is expensive, but they have great sales, great perks. They carry all the foods and other products I like to eat and use.
