We got a great deal for a family plan at this store, with a lot of help from Nick. He patiently explained pros and cons and helped us choose the right plan and devices for our whole family. He then helped with the device transfer too. Two of our kids live out of state and needed help with the device transfer. Robert and Andy in the store patiently helped them both accomplish that. The folks at this store do a great job, not just when they are selling you the goods, but also when you need follow up help. Most stores are good till you are buying something, and then brush you off. Our experience with these folks has been great !!!

My husband and I came in hoping to pick up and activate a new phone. We ran into a few hiccups but Andy was so helpful the whole entire visit. He stayed well after the store closed to help us and make sure that our phones were working properly. We will definitely be back to see him for any future visits.

Andy helped me with my tablet issues not updating to where I could access the apps I use daily. He fixed me up with getting my software updated for the Android system, along with updating the apps as well. Now I'm back in business! Thanks again Andy!!!

Robert was probably the best customer service I have ever received. He was so patient and knowledgeable as he explained and fixed issues on my phone and sat up my husband's new phone. We are not savvy and he was not at all irritated with all of our many questions. Truly appreciated his kindness.

I have been to this location two times in less than four years with phones that had crashed completely. Andy was able to get me set up with my new phone, get everything transferred, and found a reasonable plan for my financial situation. I was very concerned and worried about everything getting transferred over but he had no trouble with assisting me with my Apple ID and iCloud and everything was transferred over successfully. This will be the only place that I ever go for any Verizon issues/new phones
