Got helped by Arwin today at this AT&T location. He was incredinly helpful, patient, and only multitasked with another customer after I noticed that my service activation would take longer than expected and I told him I was okay waiting. I felt at ease and got what I needed sorted out today in a timely manner. Thank you Arwin for the prepaid activation!

This is a cornee store with an AT&T sign only at the front, so if you're driving past the other side you won't notice it. It's next door from Red Robin, in the opposite side of Wells Fargo across the parking lot.

Amazing staff! I understood that there was only a couple of employees at the time and was patient enough to wait. Alondra was super helpful and made everything super easy to understand. Definitely would come back.

Had a pleasant experience switching to att with help from Alondra and Jaime. It seemed like Jaime joined recently, but carefully went through the process. The way Alondra explained him the steps was great and made sure everything went smooth.

Staff here is great! They were super helpful in upgrading our two cell phones to the iPhone 14. Alondra is extremely knowledgeable and customer service second to none. She made our visit very pleasant.

I honestly really hate going to AT&T stores. Everyone I go, I get bombarded by associates who are looking at me as a paycheck. They are always trying to up sell me and never really listen to what I want.

I was really surprised when I went in and met with Alondra. She was super friendly and patient to answer all of my questions. It was clear she wanted to make a connection with me, and actually cared about getting me the services I came in for.

We came in to add a phone to our current plan, and were immediately accommodated by an associate; Jay I think (didn’t quite get his name). The service was friendly without aggressive hard-sell, professional without the tech jargon, and fast; we were in the store maybe less than 20 minutes. We came out with a new phone, and a plan that was better than what we had. The store itself was well-kept, and stocked with all the accessories you’d need to get started with a new phone. The location is convenient with plenty of parking in Rivermark Plaza, so no walking around aimlessly searching for AT&T in a mall for example. Bring your old smartphones just in case, they accept trade ins depending on the age and condition of your old phone. Come in if you’re looking to switch carriers, upgrade your current cellphone, or simply want to add a line. Been with AT&T for years now, never had a problem. Highly recommended!

I was assisted by Arvind who was very respectful and efficient and at his work. Despite the constant influx of guests entering the store at the time, he was able to remain focused on one customer at a time, whilst still acknowledging the newly arrived customers. Great experience! Arvind, the manager, helped me and he was awesome. While I was upgrading my phone, he noticed I qualified for fiber in my area which I was thankful for since I just had the basic internet speed. Turns out it’s cheaper for me to have a faster one! Thanks!
