I want to give a shoutout specifically to Kevin, Jackie, and Aaron at this location. I’ve had negative experiences at other GameStop stores in the past, and only until I started shopping at this specific store did I feel that it was worth my time to patronize GameStop as a business again.

I recently had an extremely negative experience purchasing games on GameStop’s online store. Aaron went out of his way and spent a lot of extra time to make sure I was taken care of. My GameStop experience was much better because of him. On many other occasions, Jackie and Kevin have also been friendly and extremely helpful.

I don’t really write reviews on Google much and only in cases where I feel the products or services were truly exceptional. So just wanted to say thanks to Kevin, Jackie, and Aaron for running an amazing GameStop location!

This shop has the best staffs. They are so nice and cool, they share happiness and definitely made my day. Will come back!

Helpful staff, clean store, always have what I need and respond in a timely manner. Laith is a knockout employee.

Laeth (I think his the manager) was so cool. Very friendly staffs, like Maverick. Everytime we dine in to Redrobin we make sure to swing by here and check out things. Our family just love gamestop! ❤

I would like to thank Noel for helping me finally get my hands on a PS5. His shift was ending but he stayed up late to help me process my PS4 trade in so that I could get the best value possible. Noel also helped me find the nearest store that had the controller color of my choice. I also had some issue with the warranty purchase but Noel and Rose were able to fix that easily.

GameStop Exclusive - from the GamerVerse line, it's the Advanced Suit Spider-Man!! Stores received their pre-order shipments yesterday, Nov. 1st, and started calling their customers. The figure itself is highly posable, and should be able to hold many of the in-game iconic moves. A handful of reviews are also already up on YouTube within the last 18 hours. Happy Hunting!! 💖🕷🕸💖

Well stocked and organized. Gamestop is generally doing great and their loyalty program is better. Folks managing the stores are pretty responsive as well.

nice place to go. I used to work here and it was an interesting experience. As jist a shopper now, it is much more fun and I enjoy looking around at the different video games and swag. :> Always a pleasure to swing on by! Also, right next to a safeway so it is easy to run and use the restroom or even get food for your tummy.

Excellent staff; always willing to help and discuss your choices before the sale. They even helped transfer a pre-order from another store to theirs (this store was closer to where I work). 5/5. Keep up the great work!

This is a nice gamestop. The staff is super friendly and they gave me great advice and a coupon when I went in there. My kids walked around and looked at the systems. Will definitely be back once I decide on which game system to buy.

so many games to choose from, the staff helped me find a charger for my PS4. they did not have it in stock but found a near by store that had one. saved us a lot of time . supper cool staff.

This place has grown on me. I casually visit this place during my lunch and it has become by favorite GameStop in all the bay area. It's always stocked with the latest and can help with pre orders. Service is friendly and great as well.

Friendly staff and they only allow 3-5 people in store at a time because of Covid. Make sure to use the hand sanitizer once you enter the store.
