I went into the Verizon Rivermark store after encountering some problems of getting information and registering for service online. As soon as I entered the store, Ms. Serena D offered help and gave great customer service by walking me through the issue and explaining in detail what needs to be done to fix the issues. She fixed the issues and had service operational in less than 5 minutes. I am happy I chose Verizon over a competitor, very good customer service.

I visited the Rivermark verizon store sunday afternoon
The young woman that was behind the counter greeted me and said that she would be with me in a few minutes. Very happy, very polite and when I got my turn, I approached her and explained the situation. Knowing it was confusing and complicated. She was smiling the whole time her name is Crystal. She was smiling the whole time very happy to meet and help me. She must have sat there with me for 30 minutes. She was new, (she's only there 2 months )
( I asked.)..trying to figure out how best to address my situation. When she didn't have an answer, she either called her manager or customer care. I spoke with customer care as well to verify my information.
Crystal was exemplary.

Customer service as we all know is horrible these days.

It's nice to see someone who is actually happy to help and in the right position to do so..

I hope she goes far in life because she certainly deserves it

Went in for sim car for X phone. Ended up buying I 15 pro. New iPad. New watch and covers cords and protectors for over 600 bucks. Plus added a line for new iPad. Only downside. Cover for iPad buttons didn’t work.

Great experience! Needed help transferring from an old phone to a new one. No muss, no fuss, in and out in .5 hours (most of the time was me remembering passwords and the actual transfer time). Thanks Alberto for the great service!

The experience I had at this store was phenomenal! I was treated so well by Arianna. I felt so welcomed and had all my questions addressed. She was quick with everything without making me feel rushed. She did an amazing job applying my screen protector to my phone, a job no one really wants to do but she has it mastered. She has such an awesome personality and is clearly a gem! I will absolutely visit this location again.

This Verizon location has a new manager. You can ignore all the 1 star reviews (probably deserved) in the past.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by this store to see that Billy is now the manager. He knows customer service. I have been going to a Verizon store in Fremont for years because of the customer service provided under his guidance.
I expect that he will turn this location around quickly. I know that he listens to his customers. Customer service is all that sets one cell phone store apart from others.

Huge shoutout to the manager David, he looked for discounts for our monthly bill without even asking. He truly really helped us with not only our new phones but our bill as well. Thank you for you help David!

We went in looking for a new phone for my wife and jesus was able to assist us and answer all her questions and put her mind at ease. He was very patient and understanding and didnt try to push anything onto us but just slightly suggest and let us decide. We walked out with a new s10 w/ a screen protector and insurance. I will definitely be coming back to get mine and hopefully jesus is working that day.

Joined Verizon family yesterday with the help from sales representative Kassandra Z. She helped me with choosing the best option for me along with phone and accessories. All in all a very satisfied experience I can say she went the extra mile to make the purchase right with discounts and plan info what more can I say SATISFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Michelle was very helpful. I went to the store to apply for a new 5G prepaid plan account as my old 4G sim was not working with my new 5G phone. Michelle walked me through the different plan options, helped me to setup the new account, helped me to port my existing phone number into Verizon, add and setup the new plan. I came into the store without any network and left the store 45 minutes later with a verizon 5G ultrawide network on a 5G phone and a big smile on my face. 😄😄😄

I’m new to Verizon and was activating multiple lines with them. Transferring the old numbers from our old carrier was more difficult than expected. But, David helped us out throughout the whole process. And he made that nightmare a great experience!!

Service was Excellent if I would go back to Verizon I would go back to David he was extra patient and nice I have not go back to other retailers because of bad service and rude retailers but after help of David it went excellent thank you so much David for helping us

Hector was honest and straightforward. Because of the pandemic, my issue couldn’t be completely solved. He was empathetic and suggested doable alternatives.

They were very patient and calming with me as I was very frustrated with setting up a new phone and some how my phone's contacts, emails and things transferred to this new phone for a senior person.
