I only spent two minutes buying a SIM card for my security system. Manager Ivan did his job with lightning speed. I recommend this service.

I had an issue with my account. My account needed updating. I called 611 and they were not able to update at their end and suggested that I visit a store to get the same done.

When I visited the Store , I was greeted and then a representative tried to address my issue. While they were not aware of the process they made sure they contacted T-Mobile and find the correct way.

The process was long but the representative here showed patience and composure throughout. He was super eager to help me.
I forgot the name of the employee who helped me . His name starts with H (Hannock May be I forget ). Kudos to him.

I am very certain that the folks at the store are customer centric and will go the extra mile to address the needs of the customer .

I came to the store feeling really hopeless and dejected. The people there were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that all options were considered and exhausted to try to resolve my issue. I don't go into many T-Mobile stores but this one rocks - especially Letty.

Wow, I was not expecting great customer service from a T-mobile store.

Tim was very professional, knowledgeable and professional. He acknowledged me right when I walked in and helped me with my parent's SIM card. Very sharp guy. I think I forgot to pay for the SIM card and I'm really sorry about this. Next time I am in that plaza, I owe you guys a Peet's coffee.

The Assistant Manager knows her position, her product & how to treat a customer like me whom don't even use T-Mobile as her carrier 😉 That says allot, because I now am greatly thinking of changing my service e from sprint to T-Mobile.. My relationship with T-Mobile started 8-9 years ago when I purchased my first smartphone. One particular staff Moe helped me at the now closed Auto Mall Fremont location and transferred to this location. I go there because of him, but have found in time that the staff are generally personable and willing to go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Keep up the good work! :)

The staff is very helpful. I ask to return the personal cell spot device because it cannot connect to network. Similar problem I met before in ATT but ATT staff ask me to register website and print label by myself. But TMobile staff help me to call service and print label even pack for me. They are kind and willing to help customer.

Staff are knowledgeable and so helpful.

The service was great. Dulce was very patient and helped us through the entire process and also made sure everything worked before we left.
