I always get games here love the service. Love the selection of Funko pops and the other collectibles. When I buy a PS5 I will definitely get here. I love it when they do the officer sales and all the officers pull up it's so reassuring and fulfilling.

I have never been in a GameStop that had more merchandise than it did games until I came here, and oh boy do I love it. They have all kinds of gamer accessories and stuff that I didn't. even know existed, and I find reasons other than games to come here! Staff are really cool too!

Came in for a controller for Xbox one on the tightest budget, and after being fully satisfied with the performance and professionalism of Ashton, cannot say enough great things about this employee. Not only did he handle everything I needed in a timely manner, he also was training two new employees while also upsold an upset customer on upgrading to a better Nintendo switch. If this dude isn’t making at least $18 an hour, something is wrong with GameStop. Top tier service like that warrants rewards, so make it happen GameStop. He’s earned it and then some.

Always find a deal on Comic book action figures, statues, and novelties... oh and Gaming things!

I called with a ton of questions. Aston (Gamestop union ave Memphis Tn) answered the phone and answered each question while educating me on the product VR for playstation. Not only was he answering my questions you could hear him trying to help others in the store as well. This young gentleman seems to be working hard and deserves an outstanding review.

Employees are very friendly and helpful, they really know what they are talking about. The store has a large selection of games for different consoles, prices are also very good for used games and also new with the many sales that they have. You can also sign up to get a five dollar gift card every month to put towards products. Highly recommend this store and hope you have a pleasant experience there! 😁

Though the employee's looked punked out like real gamers.. I was very pleased to find my game was in exceptional shape. Downside my controller was used past shelf life.. But I'm still over all a happy customer.. The disc i bought (games) were fairly used.. I love this place.. Recommended..

My guy Thomas is the best thing that has happened to this store. I love how he treats customers and how knowledgeable he is about everything. All the staff are great people. Store is always in perfect shape. This is the only store I make a purchase from for forever.

These guys rock so hard. . . While I love Game Stop in general, this store in particular is awesome. . . The people are the most knowledgable of all of the Game Stops I've been to. They take the time to walk you through choosing your perfect game. With so many choices out there, the causal gamer can quickly become overwhelmed. They always take the time to ask questions and help me choose. I've never been disappointed! Love these guys and gals!

This is one of the best facilities I've been to by far. The manager is the real head of the business while the others are not quite as helpful. However, I always choose to checkout or discuss games with the manager when I'm there and it always goes so well. If you're looking for a laid back, easy going place to buy your games or get information, this is the place to do so.

The young lady and young man that were working here the afternoon of 2/20/21 deserve a raise. Beyond awesome customer service. We couldn't find the right hdmi hookups anywhere so we decided to try gamestop. Thanks to these two employees, they searched and searched for exactly what we needed. We were able to connect the old VCR to the modern big screen TV. Thanks!!

Friendly an clean respect customers love this store

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which is why I gave 5 instead of 4 stars. The 4 is because the store is small and really, really packed. Every Game Stop I have been in is a small store, which to me is a ding each time, but I know it going in. They had super good Black Friday deals. Pretty good deals in general.

I love going here because I'm treated like family instead of just a customer. Would recommend this location to anybody.

The Nintendo Switch is sold out everywhere!!! However, the clerk helped me order one the site, ordered a game and recommended products and kept me under my intended price!!! He was very nice, friendly and I didn't feel rushed, even when a line was forming.

Thomas and Sasha are the best! They have become good friends of ours while our son has received cancer treatment over the past two years.

The staff at the store were very helpful, even noticing my name had been misspelled in the system and fixing it. Highly recommend.
