They do a good job of monitoring the security of my home.

Rose was at first polite and helpful but became impatient and obscure when I wanted information on how to monitor my own system. Seemed to be defensive for an unwarranted reason.

I have named this company Mountain False Alarm in my phone, because the automated calls that call me at least once a week and wake me up because we lost internet for 5 seconds. Their technicians are clueless. They are understaffed. Classic case of a corporate merger and removal of all of the helpful staff who actually solved the problems. Grizzly Security was superior to this company. I'm sure they will respond to this review and tell me to please contact their technical support. And I have, many times, to no avail.
