I was helped by the kindest associate at Aerie today, she truly went above and beyond and resolved my issue within minutes. So rare to come by such caring strangers nowadays, especially in the retail world. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but the cashier # at the top of my receipt says “EB2729.” Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!

I always have the best experiences at Aerie! Offline flares are NEXT LEVEL! Smoothes is a LEGIT dupe for Skims! I dropped lulu lemon leggings and most Vuori bottoms for them! They are my go to ♥ The staff is great! Anna was so helpful! She’s wonderful, I figured she was in management Bc she’s so organized, knowledgeable! and helpful! Promote her! & Stop by Aerie if you are at Carlsbad mall!

I would like to share what awesome customer Kendra and Kaitlyn provided today at this location. I had a complicated return but by both of them working thru together they got it all figured out. I really appreciated their patience and not getting flustered with me when it was an online mess up that unfortunately customer service was unable to fix via telephone. Moving forward I will make my purchases in store and shipped to me for free. Thank you for that tip ladies. Thank you for helping me out.

find styles and was very knowledgeable! There are so many Sykes these days that her help was greatly appreciated!

Went in today to buy some panties (because they have the comfiest underwear I've ever worn) and walked out with a bag full of underwear, Bras and pants.... Def my go to for comfy, cute clothes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kelsey who seemed genuinely excited about the items I was purchasing. Great vibe

my rating is for Aerie since I never make it to AEO with how much I end up loving and spending in Aerie alone. I forget the girls name who helped us but she was excellent and attentive , even with being one of only 2 people on the floor work. very accessible. I had my walker with me so I never would've asked for any sort of assistance otherwise but she gave me a place to sit if needed while waiting for a dressing room and tried to get me the bigger stall too. it was being used for too long so I said the normal size was fine. if you need help in the dressing rooms with different sizes or assistance , there are buttons in each room that call an employee. love this store so much!

I've always received awesome customer service when I visit this store, but this last time takes the cake. I was looking for a specific style of jeans and the store seemed to be completely out of the style I wanted, and similar styles, in my size. Savannah, Kristen, and the manager on duty all helped me out, and Savannah even said to me, "I'm determined to help you find the jeans you want"..... :) We did end up finding them online and they got them ordered for me!

Jeez where do I start? We were tempted to leave until along came Martha with her spunk and exceptional manners. She is a role model for the rest of the team as she helped us find what we needed with the best of attitudes. Coming off of a rough month, Martha got us back into the swing of things and made us feel right at home. Words can't describe the warmth in my heart when I come across people like Martha. This world could use more Martha's.
