This store was so nice and orderly. Some of the others are not as good as usual due to Christmas rush. They were quite busy but no long waits at register. Employees very helpful.

The best frame shop employees are here. Super great work always above expectations every time. I would recommend this location over every other one. Not saying the other locations don’t do a good job it’s just that this one does a better job. All super great employees all around.

I needed a last minute frame job done! I was so very pleased to meet Phillip in the custom framing department!! I made a quick selection and he was smiling the entire time! Helped me make a great last minute choice! He framed it for me on the spot!! No attitude whatsoever which is so rare these days in all customer service aspects. Keep Phillip there!! He’s awesome!

I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't have the gel (or gelli) printing plates that I went for. Michaels did, by the way. The saving grace was that they had some clearance items that I needed at a great price.

Hobby Lobby I'd always a great place. We've only been to this location a couple of times but the staff has been super friendly.

I go there a lot to get cross stitch pictures framed that i have completed and Phillip that works in the frame dept is the best. He has a lot of suggestions on what frame to pick out and so very friendly and always has a smile on his face. I won't go to any other Hobby lobby to get anything framed even though there are closer Hobby Lobby's to me. The Mansfield store is the best. And he is very patient.

Good location. Couldn't for the life of me find the model car isle and the employee walked me all the way to the opposite side of the store to show me.

Therapeutic place I must say. After fighting with my hubby, I always end up in Hobby Lobby. Cashiers and staff are very friendly. Affordable floral section. Best home decor items for classy and rustic theme. A bakers heaven for sure.

Very clean and well organized. Such a huge selection, and they had a lot of cool and appealing things for my kids. Built a programmable car with my eldest son and played with fossils with my youngest. My wife wanted to make a belt for my dad on his birthday, and they had all the materials needed for the job.

They still had an amazing assortment of Christmas decorations at 50% off.

Nice big store. Not crowded. Not junky. Shelves were straight and nice. Restrooms were clean.
Employees were friendly. Found exactly what I needed. Fabric department was big. And arranged well. Easy to get around. Fabric bolts were not messy. In a nice order. Older lady in that department, was super friendly and nice. Cut my fabric straight and with care.
