Very neat and clean. Staff very friendly

Met my needs, gasoline and coffee.

I go to this location just to see the African young lady there. She makes my day with her smile and her "Welcome to 7-11".

Been going here for years, A bit of a pain in the butt to get out on Pleasure house sometimes, but overall great location with friendly staff.

Nice place to stop, friendly cashiers.

Having not been in 7-11’s for a while I was definitely surprised by the new automatic coffee makers. You can now get a cup that rivals most Starbucks hot coffee for $2.18 out the door. Make sure you grab your free donut, pastry, or muffin with coffee purchase. I actually got yelled at for trying to refuse a free donut.

I always seem to get in and out fairly quickly even with a long line. Staff always friendly.

Just ran in for a quick purchase. Since the facility got rid of the gas pumps at least now more people can park and shop prior to that it was very hazardous to try to park there and shop at the store.

this guy working today 12/19 around 740. has the worst attitude man I avoid this 7 11 all the time and it's 2 min away from my house.

Unfortunately the one male employee that works nights is extremely rude and has friends in the store helping him stock and in and out of the counter area. The other male employee who wears a mask all the time that works mornings when the female manager is not working is extremely rude as well. Both do not greet customers, they do not ask if customer need anything else infact they do not talk other than to say the amount we owe. When I walk in and say good morning the only response I get is from the door chime that says it back to me!

The owner really needs to reevaluate the staff being hired at this store. Went in today and after asking for a receipt the cashier became very hostile. She refused to hand over the receipt, called the manager who had no intentions on coaching her through this behavior and then she even had her parents come in and Harrass us as customers all because of her own attitude. I recorded a full video of her refusing service to another customer because he questioned her about the issue. She was on the phone with her own manager while using profane language with customers!! This is unacceptable and if they don’t correct employees they’ll lose more & more business.

I went in this morning to get a drink and gas. I went to get a big gulp not one soda was working it was nothing but water. I ended up getting a cup of ice and a bottled soda. I went up to the register where the man is never pleasant he always acts as if you are bothering him. I informed him why I had to get the bottled soda informing him the soda machine is not properly working. Keep in mind this same employee I have informed him of this for 2wks now. He ended up charging me for a big gulp & the bottle of soda. I asked him are u seriously charging me for a Big Gulp & the bottle of soda when your soda machine is not working as I have told you now for 2wks. He shook his head & rang me up for a gup of ice and the bottle of Soda. I said you need to contact someone to have the machine fixed it is not fair that someone has to get a higher priced soda; bec 7 eleven employees dont want to do their job. He went back in the office telling some lady what I said about the machine she said what ever she got a drink didnt she. Not to worry I didnt get my gas there and will not get anything else.
