Got a great deal on supplies for my Stihl chainsaw and in fact the price was much better than ordering from Amazon.

Good general hardware store with great service. Has some harder to find items in stock. Their tool sharpening and repair is only available some days. I don't know which days.

I have always had great experiences here. I see a lot of the same staff each time, it's easy to find things and get in and out without searching through a giant box store, and they are super helpful without being pushy or trying to sell you things you don't need.

Fantastic service! Looking for BBQ grill for husband- so many options, went to a few other hardware stores, ended up at Ace for the best value. In addition to the best value, from the general manager to the cashier, could not be more pleased with the whole experience! Above & Beyond customer service. Listened to what we needed, explained all options… etc. General Manager was friendly, knowledgeable - could not have been a more pleasurable experience!

Bought some paint here recently. There was an older gentleman unpacking boxes near by and I asked him if he was able to help mix paint and he graciously got straight to helping me. I got two different colors fast with the mans help. I love the customer service I always receive here. Thank you so much I will of course be back.

Went in to get a key cut for my car. The machine called out a specific key. It was the wrong key. The team didn't give up. They researched and found the correct key, despite everything saying it wasn't for my car, cut it, and even had me test it on the car prior to paying.

I went to both the "other" stores in town and neither had what I needed. BUT, even though Ace didn't have exactly what I needed, the manager took the time to understand what I needed it for, and we found a possible alternate solution. He also offered other recommendations of where to look (because I did need a very specific kind of tape for very specific reasons.) I won't even bother going to the other stores anymore.

I was at this store this afternoon. Overheard and employee doing a great job explaining how to use a chainsaw to someone that was buying it. He went over all the safety items. I was very impressed. Most places would get the sale and get them out the door asap.

Westlake is our “go-to” store for all of our hardware, lawn, grilling, etc. needs. It’s a friendly place with excellent customer service. We appreciate the ease with which we can park, shop, and check-out!

Always helpful staff. Surprisingly, they carry alot of merchandise in a small store. Makes it easy to get in and out in a jiffy unlike superstores like Lowe's or Home Depot. My first pick for quick trips unless I need a niche item.

This place is awesome! The workers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. On this visit the employee listened to me talk through my project, showed me where to find what I was looking for, but also suggested a different product that he thought might work better, be easier to use, and cheaper. I highly recommend this business.

While not having the item for which I was looking, gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful. He checked all the stores in the area to see which might have the part I needed. He was very gracious and couldn't have been any more help. I would most assuredly return to this place in the future for any means I had that they could take care of.

Looking for a Chiefs key and they had what I wanted. Young man provided quick service and I was on my way. Employees were great, as usual! Yes the key worked fine, no problems.

Let me use their restroom without buying. Then they were very helpful to get me the few items I needed at a decent price.

I needed to do a household job but didn't know what all I needed. An employee showed me everything I needed and wasn't trying to upsell me, which I appreciated. Great selection for this size of store. I love having it nearby.

Outstanding service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have rentals on both sides of LS and love both locations. I will go to Westlake before Lowes or Home Depot every time.

I just spent some time in Westlakes and was helped by Paul. He walked me through all of the different models of Stihl chainsaws and what features each one had. He was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. He even put gas and oil into it, and started it up. If you're in the market for a chainsaw, this is the place to go!!

The Westlake at 3rd and Ward is a great place to shop. I had a little problem with my rear license plate and wasn't too sure how to fix it a gentleman by the name of Jerry went out and looked at it we came back in and he found the right parts and he went out and fix my problem for me. Thanks a million Jerry

place is fantastic as always great quality is worth the money spent here Including getting keys made.
