AT&T Store

While on deployment my stepson's phone broke. When we picked him up our first stop was to get him a replacement. This store was closest to where we were staying, so we stopped in. Kevin helped us pay off the old phone and get my stepson into a new S24 Ultra.

Kevin was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as fast! We were in and out, new phone in hand, in about half an hour. Everything transferred smoothly, and he even put on the screen protector and OtterBox case we got.

Great service, cannot recommend this location more.

Jasmine has always been extremely helpful, friendly and always approachable anytime I have had questions or needed any work done to my phone. When I received my new phone and the transfer process failed, she saved me from a stupid amount of stress I was developing thinking I had lost all my photos of my family on it. Truly a blessing of a woman and so happy to always see her when I go into that shop. Her and Hector working together is truly a vibe to be around too! Such positive aura and a pleasant atmosphere anytime you talk to them!

Jazz and Hector are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The service they were willing to provide was educational, above, and beyond. Although last minute and 15 minutes prior to closing, they were able to find a solution to me and my husband’s emergency visit. Thank you, so much Jazz and Hector! We plan to choose this location as our #1 home store.

This AT&T management team is absolutely the best in Hampton Roads. Jazz is the best in what she does. Any questions I’ve asked her, any tasks I’ve given her, she’s always solved them. Any promotions AT&T offers she makes sure she explains them to me and any other offers that could help make me as being a tenured customer. My spouse and I have been with AT&T for over a decade and we feel safe to say AT&T is the best provider we’ve had. Customer service, upgrading of our phones, the cellular service etc. Keep up the good work Jazz and AT&T from a valued, loyal and happy customer 👍🏾

Hector is the man! Very nice and respectful. Doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need...he focuses on the needs of the person. I met him when he came and bought a camper from me and he was such a good person and very patient, that I told him I would be switching over my phone services to AT&T with him. He hooked me up and I have ZERO complaints! Top notch guy!
