I have been looking for a specific formula for my son for 2 days straight. I called they stated they had the formula. Drove here & the card I was using at the time did not work..I guess the employees and manger could see how stressed & upset I was. The manger took time to figure out what was going on. He was very patient & accommodating. It came down to a communication issue but the problem was still resolved & this store along with their neighborhood store on independence literally made my day so much better. I appreciate the 4 people involved. They went above & beyond for sure!

I had a very warm welcome going into the store by the cashier on Tuesday the 21st. I was looking at items in the makeup department and got some wonderful help by Shirley, Ty, and another lady. They were very knowledgeable about the products I asked about. They also showed me the app....which I had never looked at before. I was able to save money from coupons on the app and also learned about some new products. Great team!

I needed a last-minute Rx refill for my dog’s medicine. Shore Dr. had it on hand and filled it quickly. When I arrived, it was unexpectedly $125! The pharmacy clerk Ryan asked if that was what we normally paid, found a coupon, and we ended up with a huge discount. This review is for Ryan’s above and beyond service.

The store is so organized and clean inside. Collette, the makeup specialist, spent a lot of time helping me find the right makeup and shades I was looking for. She was so helpful and friendly!

EXCELLENT STAFF & STORE!! I don't usually do reviews but our family has been going to the Shore Drive Walgreens in Virginia Beach since it opened many years ago. We've visited other stores but this one is exceptional and deserves being praised for their continued excellence. Unfortunately, we recently moved to another home in same city but we'll continue our valued relationship with this store because the customer service is unmatched. Pharmacists & techs are always top-notch, fast, patient, courteous, etc. Thank you Walgreen's Shore Drive staff!

I've never had a problem with my prescriptions at this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have a small pharmacy in my retirement home, but I'd rather go to Wal-Greens. I've been using Wal-Greens for over 50 years, ever since I lived in California.

This Walgreens has the friendliest Staff!! All of the employees and managers have always been so nice to me and my sons whoever gave them a bad rating is not a long-term customer because I’ve experienced great customer service consistently at this location. Great location with great selection and a neighborhood feel.

these folks work hard, this is a busy store, because of chics Beach, & tourist, corporate needs to up their game for their employees, Corporate makes miserable as I see it as a customer for thier over worked employees. Everyone that I know that works thier is helpful, friendly & very very nice. just stressed by Corporate. As I see it.

The pharmacist here is the best. He takes time and patience to answer your questions. It’s nice to have someone whom you feel you can place your trust in.

Superb Pharmacists. Extremely knowledgeable and able to educate about your therapy so you understand it. Willing to communicate with your physicians/nurses to fix issues with your medication.

I give 5 Stars I've had excellent experience in pharmacy photo and when they run a sale you save lots of money not to mention perfectly located in the community for convenience.

Andrew in the pharmacy is great! He was very helpful with my prescription and insurance questions!!! He went well out of his way to help me and I am very thankful!

My old review was more critical. It seems the inattentive staff members have moved on and I have had nothing but good experiences ever since.

Never had a bad experience. Staff is super friendly, prices are high but can be discounted with ads.
